You pretty much have to outright win the lane at level 1 with your heal, otherwise I would just take Teleport instead in 99% of the cases. I suspect that there are certain matchups that you could win pretty easily by picking heal (and I don't know which matchups those are), but I definitely wouldn't take heal without analyzing the situation.

It might not be needed against every hero or when playing a certain hero and as for me I forget to use item actives, but still seems like a really great item. Whenever you are getting a Banshee's, chances are QSS is actually a better buy. Blitzcrank is the only champion who actually forces Banshee's, everything else can be QQSd.

If you're a ad champion and there's a morde in the game, always get qss. QSS is actually pretty useless if morde times his ult properly, which isn't too hard if he's full AP. If Morde saves his ult for the killing blow he loses out on 50% of the damage and a lot of of shield sustain - which AP Morde needs pretty desperately.

When I play morde I will even go so far as to open with it even if the enemy ad carry is at 100%. If it doesnt kill them, it forces them to run from the fight, which is realistically even better. Id rather have a 5v4 over a 5v5 with the same possibility of it becoming a 6v4.

BVeil for AP nukes and displacement abilities QSS for debuffs and CC

The only thing I have ever found Heal useful for is if your level 1 team comp is a piece of shit, and the enemies is hella strong. With Heal you can actually win easily in that level 1 fight, and then you look like a genius for taking it.
of course it's good for baiting karthus ult but ... wtf heal needs buff
edit: lolwtf this is 500 posts

It's funny how lower elos flip out if you have a heal/clarity/etc summoner, but higher elos dgaf and know you're (usually) trolling. That said, lower elos are usually serious about it and its a great indicator of them being terrible :D.

Huh, it looks like they Rez played Crs already and Rez won, so Crs is 4th place in the IEM NY qualifier. I saw it originally scheduled for 8pm, maybe Crs didn't want to play and just defaulted?
From what I hear on Chaox's stream, they might not want to play either so it could be RS vs Rez to fight for first place.

Actually Wickd ran Heal GP in one of these matches recently? I only saw the end of it and they were winning hard, so no idea if it was troll or legit.

sounds like the game vs the 1300 elo team

You can't believe how much Heimerdingers feed at low levels. Something (maybe the fact he has loliturrets that can change colours) makes this champ very attractive to a lot of noobs.

So when does the finals of the iem qualifiers happen? I remember them saying 6pm but I don't know the timezone

loooooooooooooooooooool.
Edereon always goes heal heimer and goes godlike.

:p
That heal heimer was in my game 2x in a row and nobody ever said anything about him using heal, but I definitely did a fml in my head about it.
Edereon always goes heal heimer and goes godlike. He did badly in both games. First game he got carried, second he lost (was on other team).
