They never give you all you need to know to make up your mind. Xyph already said a few days ago each Q moves you about 275 range and a full QQQE moves you about 1000 range.
My point was that even when they tell you the skills, you really don't know anything about a champions place or strength yet.
They don't mention mana costs, range, scaling, base values. Hell even projectile speed matters.
Only when a champ is released can you really start to speculate on it's position. Until then there are just too many unkown factors to determine the place and strength of a champ.

France doing really well vs Canada, leading in kills 10-6 with a dragon in their pocket. Udyr top lane massive MR + atk speed tanks Hotshots huehuehue forever in turtle stance and cassio in mid is quite fed on the french side.

chauster just carried USA vs. Spain so hard. brutalizer, zerkers and BL before 18 minutes. So pro.
EDIT: just posted, so might as well recycle. Thought for a game-type - Fknoob Mode, where everyone has to follow the recommended items. To the letter. No items (inc. pots, wards and flasks) except what it says at the top. Could also work with random and reverse pick drafts.

morde at 207 cs vs udyr 195 but udyr up like 3 or 4 kills + some assists
france looking real strong. Turrets still even at 2 down both, but france pushing with baron buff now top, getting at least 1 more
france pushing mid now, cassio / kogmaw poke too much and mid inner turret falls as well.

canada rounds about through their own jungle while france pushing mid inhib turret, pincering in and acing them while losing only chaox in the process. Get free drag and a mid turret.
Game a little bit more even but still in favor of france
