The ONE time Team Liquid flat out called something trash they get called out on it. Jesus. There were too many 7s TBH, they probably were worried about flamers and trolls so they did an aggregate average opinion. What was weird for me was all the obvious auto-includes like Master of Evolution that just got 7. Its like they tried to keep things beige and boring because they knew the community would have a shitfit if they called something a 10 and they goof on one card and its a debate. All we can do is preview the cards, put our opinions out there and then PLAY THE CARDS. That's really all their is. Sorry for caps but felt like underlining that point. FWIW everyone in the streamer scene and pro scene called that card trash so its going to be a shock if it gets run a lot IMHO.

You are the same people who continue to give Reynad and Trump grief for sharing their personal opinion on cards a YEAR ago. Who really cares that X card turned out to suck or Dr. Boom was actually broken, its entertainment not a mandate to 'be right' or "fail the community" (paraphrasing.) I think you're confusing optimism for being an asshole, and I wouldn't call myself an optimist anyway.

This could work well with low-cost stealth or charge creatures, however, outside of Druid of the Saber there really aren’t any attractive cards to fill this roll. What about the 3/2 for 3 mana that pops a 1-drop ? Is that rotating out? I thought it was brm

There is a problem in general in the HS meta where people have very little imagination and they seem to think that the only good cards (and decks) are things that the pros are bringing to tournaments. But the fact that you can only bring one deck per class to a tournament makes it so that often anything but the absolute best from each class is "unplayable". For instance I don't know why you're saying that soul of the forest is unplayable. It is actually an extremely important card for aggro druid. Now just because midrange druid is better at the moment doesn't make aggro druid automatically bad. It's actually a very good deck by itself (and depending on how the FoN/CoW combo is nerfed might become stronger than midrange). I'm not saying that infest is going to be a great card but there is definitely combo potential there. This review offers no new insights into any of the cards and just seems to parrot what the rest of the community is already saying (mainly evaluating future cards based on today's meta). Being so shortsighted in your reviews just means you're going to have to publish another review of a review explaining how you were so wrong.

But I'm willing to bet those people who went back to hammer the reviews for missing Dr. Boom are the same people who poured all over them for loving Troggzor the Earthinator. Besides, some of the praise for the poorly reviewed cards is starting to read like this: http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/hearthstone/492937-final-tgt-card-evaluation?page=4#76 (not to pick on Volband, but this post always stuck out on me for praising all the poorly reviewed cards will absolutely mocking them for liking what turned out to be the best card in the set). And for people who talk about them being too narrow and not considering new decks. Did you already forget this entire series about possible new decks when TGT launched? http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/493539-deck-ideas-midrange-shaman-and-secret-mage http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/493633-deck-ideas-dragon-priest-and-aggro-paladin http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/493768-deck-ideas-token-druid-and-tempo-rogue http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/493904-deck-ideas-dragonlock-and-beast-hunter http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/493986-deck-ideas-secret-paladin-and-dreadlock http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/constructed-strategy/494085-deck-ideas-dragon-pally-and-pirate-rogue
