I guess it's because Arena is mainly a board control game and you can do that almost always with a good curve, even with some mediocre minions. Board control doesn't work in constructed at all because every deck can guarantee AoE and other gimmicks.
(Yes, I'm salty because I died with a hand full of Equality while all my Pyromancers and Consecrates were hiding at the bottom of my deck)

Sigh.. I literally just lost to a priest at rank 5 using shieldbearers, mogu'shan, and lightwells. He won using thoughsteal to steal my faceless and pagle. Used faceless to copy my ysera, then played his own the next turn, while returning mine to my hand. I couldn't recover after that. (He wasted his MC 1 turn prior to me playing ysera on my fire ele....) I don't believe he had a non-taunt creature in his deck other than the lightwell... he played the 2 shieldbearers, 2 mog'ushan, and 2 shieldmasta's lol.. What a depressing game.

I just drafted a really strong warrior deck with 2 Frothing Berserkers, a Gorehowl and Leeroy Jenkins. I was feeling good about this deck and hoped for my first 12-0 run. This is what happened:
1st loss: Warrior with a pretty solid deck. He killed my 3-2 with his Bomber on turn 2 and managed to hold the advantage.
2nd loss: I was about to get my 11th win, when FUCKING PLAYFUL SPRITES!!! First time this happened to me during a game.
3rd loss: Shaman was trying to rush me down. I managed to kill his biggest minions and put out a formidable board. He plays Mind Control Tech, steals my huge taunt and Bloodlusts through for the win.
End result: 10-3. Fuck sprites and RNGesus.

3 times tonight my arena run was ended by "playful sprites" while I was in a winning position....... fuck you blizzard

Ever had one of those days where it just seemed you had absolutely no luck at all? I did 4 arena today, first two were probably the worst decks I’ve ever had the displeasure of constructing (both went 2-3) just drew total shit all the time (it’s truly dire when Sinister Strike is your best pick). The other two decks actually weren’t that bad, not the best but defiantly solid, yet still went 1-3 and 3-3. Just incredibly frustrating stuff like a Blessing of Kings Worgen that I just didn’t have an answer to, been so far behind and coming back to a next turn win only for the opponent to top deck a Fireball. Today was definaly a low point in my Hearthstone experience, also wiping out an over 500 gold kitty is really depressing. Probably wont be able to do another arena for at least another 2-3 days.

I really fucking HATE Mad Bomber.
When I play against it, it always hits the BEST possible targets. When I play it, it hits the WORSE possible targets (all my dying minions or face).
For example, enemy drops Worgen Infiltrator Turn 1. I then drop my Mad Bomber, hoping to kill his minion... It decides to bomb me 3 times in the face instead. Obviously, the enemy then trades his minion easily for my bomber.
Now guess what? I lose a very close game because of the initial 3 HP I lost from my own Mad Bomber.

playing against mage in arena is the stupidest bullshit
turn 1: goldshit footman
turn 2: frostbolt my creep
turn 3: coin fireball to my face
turn 4: pings my face
turn 5: fen creeper
turn 6: frost elemental
turn 7: goldshit footman
turn 8 2x fireball
turn 9 pyro
i lose from 22 health with lethal on the board and more than half his fucking "plays" being burn cards. the only damage i ever took from his creeps was me meleeing them. WTF

I definitely think Arena is more fun than Constructed. Its fine to have a balance of the two.
I literally have zero anxiety while playing arena, even when I get to 7+ wins. In arenas I like to play cards on the spot. And just hope I get a good curve and get the most out of my drops each turn.
Constructed on the other hand: I spend like the full turn duration thinking about every single possible play I could do, or what my opponent could do (this is what the meta results in). Its so incredibly taxing, I get headaches and have to drink a Monster to keep me going. But it is still very enjoyable in a competitive point of view.
