Flamestrike is the latter, and Faerie Dragons effect only protects against the former. The way I find is good for framing is that area of effect spells can hit minions like Faeire Dragons and Spectral Knights. Same goes for any stealth minions. Random spells are AoE spells. This aspect does trip people up and is something that is not obvious to everyone. It depends on level of experience with games like HS and how people view the wording. The key word is "targeted". AoE spells do not target a specific minion.

I can only assume the game already know which minion you have before you steal the minion, meaning you effectively play the MTC second? Battlecries are played first, yes. So technically you steal a minion and then play your own.

What I was considering... Get to rank 15-17ish with my free mage deck to get more comfortable with the game, then do a few arenas... if I find I can't break even, then I would keep grinding gold and buy all the Naxx wings (I'll need 2800 gold total if I've done the first one free?) I'm not sure if I can even get down to rank 15-17 though. ![]()

I'm staying free to play always, if I can help it. Is it worth it to pay gold for Naxx wings or just buy a bunch of card packs, or do a bunch of arenas? I was down to rank 19 but dropped back to 20 due to trying to complete a win 5 games with rogue/warrior daily. I'm best with mage, so far. What I was considering... You wont be limited by the cards you own, and you get the potential to learn while gaining packs, with the chance of earning your money back.

It's not a persistent effect, like a deathrattle or stormwind's "give minions +1/+1". So silencing it doesn't help. E: oh right you mean silencing the minion that got aldor'd. right. that's pretty smart man

I'm not exactly wealthy in terms of cards and dust, so should I just disenchant King Krush? I don't think this card will be useful in any scenario.

I don't think this card will be useful in any scenario. I pulled a King Krush and just used it for fun in a control Hunter deck instead of Leeroy. It actually works quite well, Leeroy is better but Krush gets the job done. I really don't like disenchanting non-golden legendary's since the dust you get from them is terrible. If you don't like playing a lot of Hunter and you're still missing a lot of rares from your collection then I'd say Krush is just about worth disenchanting. Only do it when you know what you're going to craft though, don't just disenchant it for the hell of it.

Just figured out why Blizzard doesn't authorize trading and probably never will. Trading would be x10 more cost-efficient than crafting, which would reduce the amount of money spent on ze game.

I'd like to see the impact of winning the first game in a match. So is there an easy way to do so, or should I just look for the results of tournaments individualy? edit: Didnt know there was a hearthstone wiki in there, my bad. Will start looking in there if there is no easier options.
