A relatively small operation but it's on campus so it's popular. We had a health inspector come through and write us a list of stuff she wanted to see improve next time she came back. So I'm working today (5 hours then a final wooo) and she comes in near the end of my shift and I burst out laughing. Why you ask? Because her hair is long straight and down to her mid back and she's not wearing any sort of hair tie, hat, hair net or any hair covering at all.
