Windows XP start > run > cmd > ipconfig /flushdns Windows Vista start > search > cmd > ipconfig /flushdns That'll fix it.

Sometimes my connection will sporadically stop loading all websites on any browser on any computer (we have 5 computers in our home network here -- some on windows some on linux, they all die equally). They all stop working together, none can load websites as if the whole internet connection had died. But!... all other internet protocols work, msn, irc, starcraft, winamp radio, ventrilo, etc etc etc. Just http protocols die on my connection, but everything else works. Any ideas? If you had one computer (and Windows) it could mean that you have exceeded the number of ingoing and outgoing connections. It is hidden somewhere in the registry. I wonder if there is any "global" number of connections set by the ISP
