Having been kicked in the nuts many times including having to have blood drained from my nuts I can't see how it would be worth it, you could literally end up spending all day everyday in a hospital having a nurse drain blood from your sac with a big needle.

There are ways to desensitize your balls so that you can take a direct kick without feeling too much pain. Some Chinese monks do it. It's a pretty brutal process, but it's totally worth 500 million.

have you guys ever seen those shaolin monks who tour around the world showing their skills? well, one of their skills is getting kicked in the balls and not feeling it.

so of course i'd take the money and immediately fly to china to learn how to do that. and since i'd be already hanging out with the monks, i'd also learn all the other stuff they do and be awesome for the rest of my life.

The fact that there's no permanent damage kinda seals the deal in favour of the half billion. The ONLY thing I can think of that might change this is that if you're doing something that requires a lot of concentration else serious injuries (or death) may occur. An example of this would be playing helicopter tag with your buddies (cuz that's what I would do with 500mill) and you suddenly lose control of your helicopter thanks to the kick.
