Actually I ran some test with potheaded friends. 10 people are performing an average 8% better after 1 joint, 6% better after 2. It's goes way downhill after that. We put that on the "never give up" high mood and then on the "i'm gonna try that" mood for the downside. SC is just out of the question. As are any RTS. Civ and Football Manager...those are my high games ^^ | ||

And it gets you high. There are pure THC pills like Marinol, but the "high" you get from those can't really be compared to good old cannabis. There's a lot more paranoia etc. There are synthetic cannabinoids like JWH-018 that are much stronger than THC and can be more beneficial, but they also all produce a high. Pretty much anything that has the "benefits" of marijuana also stimulates your cannabinoid receptors, and so is going to get you high. I've gotta feel sorry for Californian ravers who are paying like $10+ a roll for those "Pokeballs". They aren't even very dank, maybe the very best of them have 150mg of MDMA in them (which is a lot but not really worth the price) and these poor kids have never had anything better and think the $10 is justified. | ||

Its called spice and its getting really popular among my group of friends. Its smells like oregano and looks like spice / oregano, but its gets you high almost exactly like THC. From what i hear its not exactly like the high from bud though. It doest come up on drug tests and gets you high like Mary J. Buuut, its outlawed in all of Europe and from what I understand its different spices sprayed with a chemical that is a synthetic cannibiod meaning its new and not regulated or recognized by the FDA yet! Dont smoke it! Why smoke some weird unknown chemical when you have the real thing? | ||

I can honestly say my life has vastly improved since quitting. I brew amazing beer and pop the occasional pill nowadays -- that is the extent of my vices. For anybody thinking of quitting, I just wanted to provide this alternate point of view -- it is absolutely worth trying! Note this isn't a knock on folks who love bud and can live rich, fulfilling lives. But in me there was always a little voice and I finally heeded it. Good luck to all, stoned or not.  | ||

This is the "High" Thread. #2. Before I started smoking I had other worse addictions that took up way more time and were antisocial (starcraft, WoW). Since becoming addicted to weed my life has vastly improved. A life without addiction is better maybe but I can't live that way. | ||
