I applied 5 of the 8 Ivies: HYPColumbiaPenn Harvard has a 9.1% acceptance this year for freshman, Yale is rumored to have a 8.6% acceptace rate, and Columbia College has a 9.6%. This isn't looking good for me at all... haha. Last year for these colleges, it was all around 11%. Today I'm waiting for the Ivies and Berkeley, and tommorrow at 3PM, Stanford. I expect a thorough ego trashing today and tommorrow with many rejection letters -- My first one yesterday from Northwestern was just getting me ready for it all, I guess. | ||

ego trashing? rofl college admissions are bullshit and there's no reason to be depressed if you don't get into an ivy league, at least for undergraduate. for grad school, if you get rejected from a good school, then i guess you can cry about it | ||

then again im in the engineering school and our acceptance rates are a little higher, although our mean SAT scores are also higher than the college :O it's due to applicant pool size, but it's growing every year for both branches | ||

lil.sis i was at columbia just two days ago speaking of 6-1 today i was pubbing and went 3 nexus before gateway and after i lost my korean teammates kept on messaging me and asking 'you 6-1? how you even get 4 wins? you play with baby?' X_X | ||
