"Fox isn't biased 100% of the time"? I think his logic is that if you dont count the hosts of almost every show they have than the actual reporting isnt biased which is true but usually after the report you have a couple minutes of host explaining what we just heard (which is biased). Depends on the group. I don't watch FOX much, i prefer CNN (I like getting my news from slightly left of center). Fox has a number of very biased hosts. But not all of them are hyper-spinners. I don't generally watch the news, and I do get most of my TV news from the Daily Show. I do think the Daily Show is liberal, but I also don't think it spins that much. I get most of my paper news from Reuters and NYTimes. That being said - people like Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have cemented my view of Fox News. I really dislike them. Also dislike that shorthaired brunette lady who does the opposite for the liberal news. Forgot her name. Daily Show spins. It's still funny, but they definitely spin. I won't disagree with your view - I think Stewart spins it in a way that I agree with, and also delivers in such a way that I don't feel he spins. However, I much prefer him over the Glenn Becks/Sean Hannitys. And even Bill O'Reilly - I really disliked him in the past, but now am more fond of him - especially after the mock debate where I got to be more aware of his values. Unfortunately, because I don't have TV in my room, I don't watch too much MSNBC or CNN. | ||
