it makes sense, and no its not a stupid question! but you can be a little more concise with your writing
just say "yo im from california and i need places to buy slim fit chinos"
anyway it depends on your price range
dockers alpha has a new slim fit model (might not be able to find in store though), j crew and club monaco are your middle end ones, prolly around ~$60-$80. low end you can always hunt places like old navy and gap on sale.
what part of california?

Also if you go to buy it in store they might be having a sale or there might be coupons or whatever. I got my chinos from j.crew 50% off.

Just bought lace up boots, really like them. However, the salesman said I should tuck my jeans into them. Not so sure about that. So TL, tuck jeans into lace up boots, yay or nay?
|
If they're slim enough
Anyone have experience with void the brand? Tempted to buy some drapey shit recently.... Cant afford RO

also 90% of sales associates don't know shit

not a fan of oversized clothing in general unless it's outerwear and slouchy cardigans, and it's a fine line between draping and oversized. I'm skinny, so anything that's oversized makes me look comparatively tiny.

In thinking more of layering too. I dunno, i still needa find the right bottoms. H&m had some cropped black pants for me to try but i cant find them online anymore and flight pants are still impossible to find lol.
Just playing around rn. Ive barely worn things that arent hoodie + shorts/sweats in like 2 weeks

Are there any good online places for tailored slim fit suits? I've tried Indochino and I thought they were pretty subpar.
|
|
Why is buying slacks so difficult? I've been looking for slim fit grey slacks but the ones I find that are labeled slim fit aren't even that slim. I've tried H&M since their stuff aren't too expensive and usually fit me well but this time they failed me. Know any other places?

Went to the Edward Green factory shop sale yesterday. Surprisingly it was quite packed - I arrived at 9am and was 23rd in the queue, lol
Their choice of size 7 was a bit poor, understandably so, but I still managed to snag a pair of Troon monks in antique burnt burnt pine and a pair of Molton plain toes in antique dark oak.
here's an album, pardon my terrible camerawork in my kitchen
and here are a couple choice pics

Hey guys, I've got a question for hair. I'm an Asian guy and I really want to dye my hair again (Korean hair style-ish). Any Asian guys out there have any do-it-yourself products that work really well for you? I don't want to spend a lot of money getting it down in a hair salon.
Also, besides the brand, which hue is good for a natural-er brown color (if we start from black). Please PM me if you can help. Thanks! :D
|
i'm gonna go bald and be the asian walter white, meth cooking and everything is fashionable these days
|
theres hair discussion a few pages back and theres something linked in the OP i think
|
no clue with dying, go natural! but really, go ask your hair stylist and they'll help you tons more than a bunch of random guys on the internet. they have years of real life experience.

its here, after an adventure with fedex
http://www.norseprojects.com/store/all/bags/einar-backpack-nylon
satisfied with it so far, supposed to be heavy rain tomorrow and we'll see exactly how resistant it is
fits my 15" laptop, there's no extra room (i.e. if its bigger than 15 inch, it won't fucking fit)
laptop compartment has extra padding, so that's nice.
it's just the right size for my frame (5'9~10, skinny). usually most backpacks are too bulky and ugly for me, and i didn't want to blow ~$700usd on a visvim 20l (which is still quite big, still)
i will consider fitpics later
