The reason punching bags and loud music works is endorphin's. You are more likely to be angry later if you vent out your anger on a bag as opposed to just using music and punching bags as exercise and relaxation. I am one of the chillest people I know, but that's because I always thought how stupid it was for my brother and other people to get angry over trivial things. | ||
