I guess what I do is try to put perspective on my situation and judge whether or not the anger I'm feeling is truly warranted. Most often, I find that it simply is not worth using all that energy on being mad, when in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter at all. When I'm justifiably mad, I tend to rant at someone (friend, family member, random Facebook person who is online, etc) until I say what I need to say and just get it out of my system. Being mad or angry is often times because you are holding onto something in a negative way and need to let it go. | ||
