We are extremely close to shutting down this thread for the same reasons the PUA thread was shut down. While some of the time this thread contains actual discussion with people asking help and people giving nice advice, it often gets derailed by rubbish that should not be here. The moderation team will be trying to steer this thread in a different direction from now on.
Posts of the following nature are banned: 1) ANYTHING regarding PUA. If your post contains the words 'alpha' or 'beta' or anything of that sort please don't hit post. 2) Stupid brags. You can tell us about your nice success stories with someone, but posts such as 'lol 50 Tinder matches' are a no-no. 3) Any misogynistic bullshit, including discussion about rape culture. 4) One night stands and random sex. These are basically brags that invariably devolve into gender role discussions and misogynistic comments.
Last chance, guys. This thread is for dating advice and sharing dating stories. While gender roles, sociocultural norms, and our biological imperative to reproduce are all tangentially related, these subjects are not the main purpose of the thread. Please AVOID these discussions. If you want to discuss them at length, go to PMs or start a blog. If you disagree with someone's ideologies, state that you disagree with them and why they won't work from a dating standpoint and move on. We will not tolerate any lengthy derailments that aren't directly about dating. |
I give you the butt, but I also ment for looks and sex aswell^^. If you are very fluent/flexible with the movement of your hips/abs, it does wonders. And, fitter abs for some reason inprove the bloodflow in your penis. But of course, you should also do squads^^.
EDIT: Given your experiences with public toilets, you should rather practice wing-tsun kung fu. Its good for defending yourself in confined spaces, like if a madman crawls into you stall and pushes you from the toilet

If you don't mind picking up another sport yourself you two can go climb. Really fun, lots of variation, very challenging, great exercise. The bodies of climber girls are fantastic as well, I mean GOD DAMN. Went climbing today, saw like 3-4 girls with wouldmatewith/10 bodies.

I've been doing Judo since I was nine, Muay-Thai since I was sixteen and Wing Tsun since I was 18. And WT was the worst of them all in terms of self defense. :D Nice sport - real martial ART - but completely useless ... at least at a "casual level".
In my opinion girls who play volleyball got the hottest bodys. :x

I don't really think it matters what sport girls play since they are more limited to their genetics. More or less, don't eat like a hippo and be kinda fit and you will have a 10/10 body. Climber girls are often extremely limber and athletic and actually have some kind of muscle. Volleyball is just running around. Plus, you watch them from below and you are allowed to do this.

In general all kung fu styles are useless on a casual level, even jeet kun do wich is the most open one falls under this. You have to really work it up, but then its incredible. For example, I can break your nose with just about 2 hands distance. Certain movement/hit patterns are incredible and they have some amazing ways to get out of a grip/lever. But yeah, for casual practice its more like a violent way of balett. And good for you having done judo in addition, grappling-techniques are the single best thing for a 1on1 streetfight/a situation where a single individual has to be kept under control. So if someone looks for a martial arts for their girlfriend in terms of making her able to defend herself, drop all kung fu-styles and most traditional martial arts.
Pilates is also something a lot of women enjoy, and it is great for train muscles you didnt even know you have. It keeps you stretched... its basicly the serious non-senior version of yoga. Especially in the beginning it is very intense though and shouldnt be practiced without someone who has proper knowledge.

Crossfit's main success is to motivate unmotivated people.
The "crossfit injures people" is mostly a myth. On one hand, affiliates and the sport in general have evolved tons and incompetent ones have been weed out from the market, from the most part. Morever, statistically tons of sports are way more dangerous than even competitive crossfit (Soccer, american football and boxing are very dangerous, for example)
It mostly comes to competent trainers though (like in all sports I'd say). I own a crossfit gym, despite doing Powerlifting myself, and me and the coaching stuff are super anal about technique.

Crossfit teaches a completely incorrect pullup that injures your joints. No question about it.
The kipping pullup thing is dumb, the shoulder joints are not able to handle that much pressure. Gymnast do kipping but just once to get up and they do it on a bendable bar. It's not meant to be done for reps.
But whatever, clearly a myth

Thx for answers. I'll try to figure something out. Hopefully I'll be able to post into this topic next year about how she became really fit.

While I enjoy shitting on Crossfit as much as the next guy, y'all should stop over in the Health and Fitness thread and do it there
Exercising with your girl is fun but I wouldn't force it.

In the end a month after that we got together and we are still happily together as well as living together for 7 months already. Shes definitely the nicest girl Ive ever met and Im really happy with her. And it seems to be the same for her. Everything about her is amazing. Shes a great human being, shes caring and selfless as well as beautiful and sex is also really good. The thing is...while the sex is good...its not as good as the sex i used to have with my ex GF with whom i broke up two years ago. And i cant get that thought out of my head. When we sleep together its okay, its fun, theres a lot of emotion in it but she simply lacks that energy, passion and sexiness my ex-gf had in bed. I could do everything with her and she enjoyed it and wanted to do it every time and from the very first sex weve had i knew exactly how to make her reach orgasm multiple times. And the fact that she has mentioned that shed love to have sex with me again many times isnt really helping me get rid of these thoughts. But I would never consider cheating on my current GF. With my current girlfriend we have sex a lot less, its much harder to get her excited and she rarely reaches orgasm more than once. Im sure its gonna keep improving and once she also regains confidence in her body (cuz shes been struggling with a little weight gain lately) its probably gonna get a lot better overall. But Id like to hear your thoughts on this because im sure im not the only one thinking back to better sex partners. What did u guys do if this ever happened to you? Cheers It's never happened to me, but I would seriously consider the whole relationship, not just the sex. The sex is important, but so is everything else (communication, honesty, how she treats you, her needs vs. your needs, do you work things out together, does she have her life together, can you see a future with her, etc.) There's always going to be "Grass is always greener" syndrome, but make sure you don't give up a great thing just to have a nostalgic one night stand. Why did you break up with your ex in the first place? And are you two still on good terms? If you broke up with her, I can't imagine she'd want you to literally just use her for sex again. I guess thats something i shouldve mentioned in my OP, sorry. The sex is the only thing I love about her...everything else i hate. Shes a psycho, selfish, hysterical and extreme attention seeker. Pretty much everything i hate about girls and thats why i love my current GF so much because shes a complete opposite of that. We broke up because our relationship after two and a half years was at a point where the only good thing was sex...and if i should say who broke up with who...it would be her with me more than I with her. We used to be on pretty good terms like a year ago but nowadays since im with my current GF and they know each other....she already made me some problems in my relationship when she told my GF some lies about us chatting and talking everyday. Which erases the option to have any one night stands whatsoever anyway. :D So with all that said. Im absolutely sure about my current relationship and i wouldnt ruin it for a one night stand, because like i said even the sex is really good....just not as good as it was with that one. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and how did you deal with it. Because there are times when I cant stop thinking about it. Like today when she sent me a snapchat of her in a bikini. :D
Shes a psycho, I knew that but I didn't want to be the one to say it. I think it's universally accepted that crazy women generally have better sex.

There is a proper and an improper way to do kipping pull ups. Kipping Pull Ups are for competetive athletes, and only when they can knock strict pull ups easily.
Improper bench presssing wrecks your shoulders a lot faster.
@bloodwhore lol yeah that's statistically correct
Don't want to derail thread further, so I won't comment anymore.

You've never played or even seen volleyball before, have you? Only in beach volleyball do you get even remote close to people running around, lol.

It depends how you look at it I guess. I'm quite lazy but I want to be fitter so having a girlfriend who enjoys (or at least sees the benefits of) jogging and exercising is nice. It helps me achieve my goals of being fitter.

But there isn't a class that teaches an incorrect way to do a bench press and then say it's correct. That's the difference.
And this isn't the right subforum for this discussion so we should stop.
