Be lazier. Kill someone. When brought in for questioning, tell them that under penal code 6b74098 you are not allowed to discuss government missions with civilians. When they laughably ask "do you expect us to believe the american government made you do this?" respond by saying "who said I was american?"

Yeah, you are not exactly on a most wanted list if you are already caught.

Step 2 of the plan would be escaping custody. I have not figured that out yet.

1. Steal a fuckload of money 2. Kill some people just to up the ante, to make sure you get on the list 3. Flee to a country with no extradition treaty with the US (like Namibia) 4. Bribe the top officials, then use the remainder of your money to improve stuff in the country 5. Save some for yourself too 6. Country won't have a reason to let you go

Why do rappers always see it fit to announce their names in the beginning of every song?
|
Probably a combination of ego and marketing. As far as i know Rap is mostly about telling everyone how cool you are, so telling them who you are while doing so makes a lot of sense. And should someone like what you do, you save them the effort to look up who you are, which probably increases the chance that they buy something of yours at a later point.
And if more people buy your stuff, you can make more money selling your rap about how much money you make rapping about how much money you make (This is probably a recursive situation)

Its also a practice I commonly hear in "rap battles" or free style rap competitions wherein most players of the game have go-to phrases to quickly fix and smooth over rhythm and rhyme transitions within their narrative construction, creating a kind of lyrical signature within that milieu.
Its much harder to invent a new jump off point each night and much easier to have a preset jump off point. So if you always say some version of "(acknowledge audience) => (State persona) => (Transition Verb) => (Personal Background) => (Malicious comment of opponent) => (Personal Background) => (Opponent's lack of Persona) => (Transition Verb) => etc...
Then you will always be able to "freestyle" anywhere at anytime.

Hell, you already know your way around a ton of top secret government facilities!

Why do most Americans have personal debt?

Because they don't like freedom. They say they do, but they don't

I think it has something to do with the combination of education system and housing system. Basically, you need to either be absurdly rich or go into debt if you want an education, because it is absurdly expensive. That is a systematic failure of course.
The housing one is weirder, though. Where a european might rent a flat, and american will buy it on credit instead, so that he actually owns it (ignoring the fact that it is actually the bank who owns that house/flat). This again means that everyone has a debt because the bank owns the place he lives in. And i don't think actually paying that debt off is generally a part of the plan.

Most popular for English speakers but stay for BW content instead.

Well, i actually doubt it is the most popular if you mean amount of people that visit, that is probably the official Blizzard forum. I wouldn't go there if i were you, though. TL IS the forum with the most quality, though.

If I buy a whore but videotape the entire act, does it count as porn rather than prostitution?
|
It's both. Prostitution porn is a thing.

This is hypothetical. I don't even know where the nearest prostitutes in my area are. Or want to know.
