Identicle twins are born from the splitting of the embryo after insemination I beleive (so only 1 semen can fertelize the egg), but maybe it's possible for nonidenticle twins?

It's extremely rare but yes it can happen.

What is the use of mosquitos? Or the Ebola virus?

I don't think that 2 sperm cells can enter the same egg in humans, only 2 different eggs can be fertilized. So the offspring will look completely different from each other. The chance of having dyzygotic twins is about 1:50.
But you are gonna need some good technique, so I would advice to do some dry runs before trying it on real women. Anyway good luck and let us know if it works out!

Hm, so that is the third type of ticks. That question definitively need more information.
I have so far come up with ticks as a measure of time in video games or other programs, and ticks as in nervous ticks in persons. But i guess ticks as in insects also exist. Are there even more ticks? Anyway, original question way too unclear, need context.

Well without ticks, a clock would just go tock.

That is possible. It is just rare, because the egg is supposed to change its outer structure after the first spermatozoid enters it, so both have to penetrate at the same time.

Yes, but I'm sure that the embryo won't be viable if that happens

Assassinate multiple government officials while leaving no trace of your actions except for this one post. Psi Storm is recommended if you are too lazy to do it yourself with your nice invisibility and all.
