Anyway, I made some music with Moajmr's backing track on youtube. I'd like to hear all of your opinions on how I did, I know i'm not great I would just like to hear your thoughts whether it be negative or not, Please give me honesty. I'm ready to feel stupid, and I apologize for the frustration at the end, The track ended abruptly. The quality isnt that great, but i don't have that good of stuff to use to record. If you'd like to hear the backing track or use it just pm me and i'll send it to you. It sounds a lot better than in the video.

It sounds a lot better than in the video. The ending was hilarious :D I actually think you're very good. You focus on making a melody instead of just tapping your arpeggios mindlessly and that's the point of music anyways. If you want to get better fast, I'd suggest practicing your scales and modes with a metronome. Being able to shred in the pocket is one of the sickest things guitar players can do. Keep playing :D Very enjoyable. And record more!

I am to inform you that this thread specifically specified to only talk about CLASSICAL or ELECTRIC guitars. This classifies as neither. You trolling?

Enter Sandman was too easy haha If you like Metallica, Wherever I May Roam, For Whom the Bell Tolls, One, And Justice For All, and Nothing Else Matters are manageable too, though you'll probably have trouble with some of the riffs. If you know Mercyful Fate, Diamond Head, and Judas Priest, a lot of their stuff is pretty manageable for a beginner.

I have 2 cheapo Fender Squires from when I first started playing about 5 years ago and my girl friend has a Hamer Explorer. Really love my jackson but wish to find a nice price on a pre fender jackson soloist, or an ESP horizon ii in red.

Not too great at SC2 ATM but I'm big fan of Team Liquid and of course guitar Heres some photo's of what I'm using right now. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/84/img2011052500006.jpg/ From left to right: old epiphone les paul bought from a pawn shop years ago. Just threw in a DiMarzio X2N in the bridge and a DiMarzio Air Norton in the neck. Ibanez RG350DX, Gretsch Jet Firebird (newest addition), Ibanez JEM7VWH (Steve Vai is one of my biggest influences), and lastly, being possibly the favourite, a strat from 1984. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/714/img2011052500008.jpg/ All the pedals First amp, just a small Mesa http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/863/img2011052500011.jpg/ 1965 Fender Super Reverb (original, NOT a reissue) http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/59/img2011052500009.jpg/ The token acoustic.
