Based on a meeting held between Mr. President Ahmed AlSharaa and Mr. Mazloum Abdi on Monday, March 10, 2025, the following agreements were reached:

Guaranteeing the rights of all Syrians in representation, participation in the political process, and all state institutions based on competence, regardless of their religious or ethnic background.

Recognizing the Kurdish community as an integral part of the Syrian state and ensuring its full citizenship rights and all constitutional rights.

A complete ceasefire across all Syrian territories.

Integrating all civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria under the administration of the Syrian state, including border crossings, airports, and oil and gas fields.

Ensuring the return of all displaced Syrians to their towns and villages, with guarantees for their safety from the Syrian state.

Supporting the Syrian state in its fight against Assad’s militias and all threats to its security and unity.

Rejecting calls for division, hate speech, and attempts to incite strife among all components of Syrian society.

The executive committees shall work and strive to implement the agreement no later than the end of the current year.
