Note: a number of sources are saying that Beast Master Casey has been suspended for 4 days and that the rat boy was suspended for 21. Look around for more sources please. |
he's been bullied for years
i can't believe all the adults saying shit like "casey should be expelled for using such force". if you've been bullied for years and you're getting filmed being punched you should fight back. the kid should be called a hero for doing that. i don't know about you, but if you were bullied and tortured at school for years to a point where bullies and filming you, adults aren't helping you, and you're getting psychologically raped then you should fight back.
there's no ifs with that slam, he didn't break anything and that's that. what's true is that the little shit deserved a bodyslam and should be scared.
imo the good thing is that the kid got owned, now instead of following down the path of bullying/etc he can do something else.

Pretty sure it's been mentioned that the "kids" are 16. Most of you were 16 not that long ago. Were you that different then, than how you behave now?
My attitudes haven't changed since I was 16, and I doubt they ever will. That little shit deserved exactly what was coming, and more. I'm not going to say I wish he had died, he deserves a second chance, but I actually think a broken neck is justified.
I was bullied at school constantly, very similarly to Casey. Having red hair in school is no pretty picture.
I dealt with it, although with a little less gusto than Casey. I wish I had done what he did. I applaud that son of a bitch.

i watched that video and then i was like "GAWD DAMNN" with a big banana grin lol.
|
One thing I can't understand is why do people assume at first glance the cornered kid is the bully (before they see the video).
Ya he is twice the other guys size, but he has his back to a **** wall. When is the last time a bully has attacked someone with his back to the wall while his target could run.
|
That video was amazing. Little bitch got what he deserved for bullying. Right on the face.
|
One of my high school teachers told us a story about being bullied when he was a kid. Basically, he was ~12 years old when a much older boy of ~16 years old bullied him: pushing him around and stealing his bike + money etc. One day my teacher ambushed the older boy by slamming a brick onto the boy's head. The boy has been in a coma ever since.
While I empathize with the boy being bullied, his actions could have left him with a life-long regret. Nothing good ever comes from bullying.

What happened to the teacher?

If the funky box above the thread is correct, I think a 4 day suspension is justified, as a school you can't condone that type of thing, no matter how goddamn righteous it was, you'll have kids fighting over little things, that unlike this case, is completely unjustified.
That said, the fucking rat kid should be expelled and have charges brought up, he was straight up punching Casey in the face, people like that should be locked up.
While alot of people are supporting Casey for the wrong reasons, it's probably the self esteem boost the kid needs and will serve to punish the rat kid for a while to come.

I think the punishment is reasonable and necessary. Punishment? Like some little prick is going to stop when his parents tell him to "not to bully the fat kid, its wrong". Everyone knows how it ends when people just keeps bullying the one and someday, he'll just kill himself or go to school with a gun and you know the rest. Seriously, schools doesn't give a shit about these situations, until its too late. Everyone knows that. Anyone that has been to public school in the past 10 years knows that teachers and administrators are extremely non-lenient over bullying. Consequences are no longer "calling home" but ranges from suspension to actually being placed out of the school to an alternative learning center. The people that get bullied these days silently take it for years and don't say anything to anyone. After taking that first punch all that Casey had to do was walk away and tell a teacher and the other kid would be serving the suspension instead of him. It's as easy as that. I've been in the public school system less than three years ago, and I'm certain it doesn't work the way you described. It would have. That video is what we call in the Uk as "happy slapping" and often the police get involved with such videos.
All that would of happened would be that the bully would get suspended for a few days and then when he comes back it will start all over again but probably get worse. Cadet was spot on to destroy that little prick. What would all of you people say if he didn't do anything and took so much emotional pain from the bullying that he ended up committing suicide? Bet your opinions would change then

I'm amazed at anyone saying that Casey wasn't perfectly justified in doing what he did
there is no argument about what the little kid "deserved", he harassed, assaulted, and taunted someone repeatedly, and got the reaction that he so desperately wanted out of casey
Watch the video this is what happens
casey is backed up against a wall surrounded by people who are bullying him not only is he being bullied, but it was planned and is being recorded little kid punches casey directly in the face, casey doesn't move little kid tries to punch casey in the face again, casey blocks it and doesn't move little kid literally dances in front of casey taunting him little kid tries to punch casey in the stomach, casey blocks it and doesn't move little kid tries to punch casey yet another time, and casey picks him up and slams him back down
i honestly think the little kid should've been thanking casey
casey gave him exactly what he wanted and exactly what he was trying to get
attention and an ass whooping

I don't think many disagree with that. Shit, i think the kid is awesome and that's fine. Free vacation for him. Like someone said, pops should just take off those four days and go drink beer and eat pizza with his son who just became a man. Ain't no shame in smacking the shit out of someone in self defense.
This thread, an old one about bullying, is also quite funny too

Nah, I think it's fine. Like I said, personalities and views are pretty well-formed by the age of 16. Hell, people are already drinking, doing drugs and having sex at that age.
It looks like the little prick is very comfortable fucking with people, and I'm sure he has done this many times, and ruined many people's lives.
I think it should be the other way around. He deserves to get physically and mentally punished, just like his victims were. And if it happens to have been done by the one getting bullied, that's poetry in motion.

Holy crap did that kid show some balls, I hope they don't bother him too much now. Casey is a baller!
|
The way he drove that kid into the cement headfirst was a bit scary, but I can understand why he did it.
While he should be punished for using excessive force, it seems like since the school wasn't doing much to punish the bully in order to prevent such a situation from happening, he was totally justified. If the system doesn't work, you're forced to take matters into your own hands, and that's exactly what he did.
|
And just to add, I also appreciate that girl for intervening when that other lanky fuck came up to start shit again. Good on her.

The mere fact that he's been taking such abuse for several years without reporting to his parents or to the school adults so the situation changes is the most scary part about this whole story to be honest.
Is his family and school adults so fucked up that they couldn't hear a legitimate cry for help or what's the deal here?
If the situation came to this, it means the kid's probably in a pretty fucked up spot right now, and I wouldn't go as far as saying that him trying to kill the baseball-cap wielding jackass "boosted his self esteem", thus "saving him" from suicide

lol that's IdrA vs. Jinro when they were kids. Jinro finally snapped lol
|
The 4 day suspension is acceptable if the bully got 21 days. If you bully a kid for that long, you're lucky thats all that happened when he snapped, could have been much worse than a piledriver onto the cement.
I like how he just walks away like a boss while the other kid limps away from him at the end.

Oh wow, that was crazy! Bully will bully no more after that.
