Bullying is a huge issue these days, magnified by the internet and other advances in accessible media, and needs to be stamped out. After all there wouldn't have been any violence between the two at all if Casey wasn't provoked by his tormentors.

Note: a number of sources are saying that Beast Master Casey has been suspended for 4 days and that the rat boy was suspended for 21. Look around for more sources please.

I know that many kids who are bullied care deeply about their performance in school and don't want to risk a suspension. Casey was being assaulted with punches to the head, was backed up against a wall, and defended himself. He did not even try to beat the smaller child afterwards, he backed off. Casey did everything right here, and I wish the best to him. I do agree that Casey was by all means correct in what he did. But schools have a 0 tolerance for fighting rule and any form of violence usually ends up with suspensions. I'm sure that even the teachers think Casey was in the right.

I would be very surprised if what you said is true, I'd bet that you were the bully just by from that phrase. And Kudo's to Casey, I wish I had done that when I was in junior high. A suspension like that is only customary, they cant have kids body slamming each other every day. Some bullies are really dumb, I can't believe they kept the video if they would have erased it I bet the rat would have gotten away free.

I'm glad it didn't seriously injure the kid though, because Casey would've got into so much trouble even though the other kid was asking for it. Edit: And just lulz @ the slam, what a move! That kid was so fucked after that.

I think some people are forgetting that not everyone can punch or fight 'correctly', which is a significant reason as to why they get bullied. If you try and fight back and fail, well, you know what happens. That's why you should use the bodyslam, lol.

Rather would've seen Casey beat the shit out of that smaller kid, which he easily could have, rather take it to that level. With great size, comes great responsibility. You're not going to kill a kid dropping him like that. He didn't even drop him on his head. I've seen much harder takedowns and slams than that that resulted in no injury.

That's why all this speculation is pointless. Anything could have happened... But onto the situation, I am glad Casey stood up to the bully. Standing for what is right takes a lot of courage (although Casey more likely snapped instead of it being courage).

Which is weird because judging by what that little shit was doing, he can't fight to save his life. He has a straight to Casey's face and Casey didn't even budge lol. This makes me so happy for some reason...

Casey could have seriously injured the kid or worse, and a school can't tolerate violence no matter how justified, so they needed to suspend him for at least a little while. I'm not calling you out specifically, but I've seen this line said a lot or something to its same effect. Am I the only one who thinks that violence seriously could be the answer when justifiable? I'm not saying it's the only answer, or even the preferred one, but I'll be damned if I think anything Casey did was wrong. If I don't think what he did was wrong, then I certainly cant condone punishing him just to try to prove some ridiculous idea.

So anyway, I recommend standing up to bullies and fighting back if you have to. It works.

I never fought back, and i still don't, because im just too much of a pacifist to do so. Nowadays, if someone bullies me, i would crumple instantly, my inner worth is so fragile it only takes a small amount to push me over So what do i do in response? My life's goal is to fucking win at life, crush the future and become successful like crazy so that i will never have to feel below people like that ever again As pathetic as it may sound, i wanna make sure i become healthier, faster, happier and richer than every one of those degenerate c*nts back in school I won't hold it against them, ill give them a helping hand if they ask or need it. The point is that i know on the inside, i just performed better in the long run. The first few years were just a bit of shitty variance i experienced.

What isn't allowed and is reprehensible is further action once the immediate threat is neutralized to further harm or kill the aggressor. Yeah, if you get pissed enough you can do some scary shit. If you think you would never really hurt someone then you've never been that pissed off (be glad).

Little kid deserved it, and violence quickly fixed the situation.
