came back on an express ferry which was fun and saw the whole of sydney harbour for miles in every direction FILLED with people. it was amazing to see every patch of grass, every flat surface and every possible place to park ur ass filled up with people waiting to see the fireworks...... wish i could go but i gotta be up early (5:30 to pick up girlfriend from airport) tomorrow morning.  | ||

It's so much better than soy milk (the shit tastes like chalk) and it's pretty good for you. Also, the idea that you need shitloads of protein isn't really true. You should be getting about .36 grams of protein for every pound you weigh. Having a really high protein intake also isn't exactly good for you. Just eat the soy, you'll probably be healthier eating less protein | ||
