EPTanyway the IW guys are pretty experienced devs, i doubt the 16gb is explicable by something as simple as "they didn't compress good"

Edit: By the way. What's with the idea of releasing RTS and FPS games on consoles? It feels so awkward and shitty there... Especially in FPS games, where you constantly feel like a fly in a tarpit... | ||

Welcome to the Halo effect and the success of XBL/PSN/etc. There's just a bigger market, less pirating, easier distribution for DLC, etc. Honestly, I have CoD4 for XBL, it's not that bad although I can't snipe worth my life, everything else works out well enough for me to hop online once in a while and just have fun. As for RTS, its like playing with a knife stuck in your hand. Both of them. Edit: When I say bigger market, I meant people won't be "shit I need to upgrade my 360/PS3". | ||

Fighting, sports and other sorts of arcade games on concoles - hell yeah. RTS, FPS, HnS, most RPG games on consoles - hell no. | ||

I have played Kingdom Under Fire: Crusaders for xbox1. It's a RTS, it feels perfect for console. It doesn't follow the general RTS trend for PC. The multitasking skill from Starcraft helps a lot in that game. That game is the best RTS ever made for a console. | ||

With how cheap 1TB hard drives are, I don't know why people are complaining. Programs are growing at the same rate they always have been. Either way I think I'll pass on the game, $60 retail with no dedicated servers. I'll wait for a steam weekend sale someday, or hopefully on black Friday it will drop cheap enough to get me to pry open my ever slimming wallet. | ||
