Whaddup Yeah here. Just wanted to let you know that I'm swamped so I can't really get on that much, and I still have the skillbooks for that one dude. Can I dump them in the corp hangar? And if yeah, how does it work/where is it? Just posting this here since I most likely wont catch you online. | ||

Tbh you really need to step up with this, find someone in corp willing ot put in the time and mentor him, then do some backseat fcing with him so he gets the hang of things. From what I can see people are cool with flying smaller 3-5 lowsec gangs and I guess they just kinda fc themselves. Problem is probably when you have out of corp people that want to join and what not. Also, get on sisi asap, we'll do some bc duels! | ||

They don't know how to do anything except HIGH DPS BATTLECRUISERS, even though they try other stuff. This all not excepting some of the good corps that left. Our corp is increasing in size, but we still don't have the numbers to mount sizeable fleets of our own yet. | ||

GC lost its titans (we'll probably be getting one back pretty soon), and a couple of fcs, but Mukk, faffy and the usual crew are still running fleets. Aside from BUSA, the main losses we've seen are carebears who bawwed because there are no Sanctums in E02. New fcs are stepping up, and their inexperience is showing. We've had some pretty shitty fights in the last couple weeks, but that's how it works when new fcs are being broken in. Frankly, I hope now that people are removed from their carebear paradise we'll actually start growing as a pvp focused alliance again. We simply don't have all that many competent pvpers in alliance who are capable of doing anything beyond following simple instructions and fitting ships how they are told to (and even this can be problematic). As far as Liquid goes, the focus remains unchanged: excel in PvP. We have the logistics in place to keep members in ships, and there are plenty of targets in GW. As far as alliance leadership goes, we're in the process of identifying new ways to make some isk so our reimbursement programs can be kept up. | ||

A quick question tho, if your on a trial account and get a plex off the market, does it automatically upgrade to an 'official' account on use or would i still have to pay some sort of fee with real money? | ||

As for new fleet compositions, revo probably hasn't heard about armoUr hacs yet. It's basicly zealots with ABs and pulses going 500m/s doing 500dps and a couple of guardians for the repping. PL has taken them up against 3-4:1 odds and came out on top. PL posters on kugu have said there are atleast 2 counters to AHACs but I haven't actually got to theorycrafting one up, think it's something to do with scan resolution or something. Faffy has come up with a fleet comp against armor hacs and it's uniquely faffystyle. ARMOR vaga's with guardian support and heavy neut curses for support :> It makes sense in a weird way, vaga's have great resists and dps with the almsot exclusively zealot ahac gangs that pl runs, guardians do the repping and heavy neut curses alpha guardian cap (-1200 SUP) at 80km range. Hasn't seen it in aciton yet though. | ||

It takes less than a day to train all the skills you need for a tackling frigate, even if you have to cross train the racial frigate skill. | ||

The thing is I quit WoW and i'm still playing Eve...so that should be a strong hint as to which one is just plain better right now. Eve at least is still generally playable. Faffy's new vagabond HACs are a decent idea against the PL Fist of Rape but man, armor Vagabonds just make me sad to see. | ||
