587 dps seems a bit high, should take out drones as they wont be reliable damage locus is bad on rails because the system is balanced around both optimal AND falloff and a rig only increases one, I'd be more TE reliant personally for rax. | ||

Like I said I need to get home tomorrow and run the numbers on the fall off, and the increases / use of a few variables. Namely: Locus vs Ambit Frentix vs sooth sayer TEs vs Mag stabs Implants Its a complex issue, because as you bring up- unlinke lasers, its not just an optimal issue- its a falloff / optimal problem. But i will agree that uranium is probably going to be the best ammo choice. I also agree 100% with the web use. | ||

Frentix is almost always better than sooth on hybrid platforms because the farther away you can be while still being in optimal the more effective damage you can theoretically do. This is likely why you see locus being a better choice on the deimos compared to ambit I believe. I still think metastasis would ultimately be more helpful but I'm sure you guys can math that out better than I can. | ||
