Something about fitting a tank to a kiting ship because you're shit at piloting? Is this like the whole oversize ab everything to compensate for inability to avoid scram despite it making the fit less effective tip? Anyway, impervious is p damn good, saying newbro basically shows that you're some kind of TEST pet and jfourz is clearly awful at pvp. Who is he? On a more helpful note, I actually quite like the defensive web on kiting frigs if you can get it on, see my rail enyo fit for example. Yes, often if you're having to use it you're probably dead anyway but a lot of the time you're getting long pointed rather than scrammed by a gangs' tackle and it can be useful to pull range or hold them down for that final volley. Certainly would rather have that than a TC on a rail kiter simply for the cap usage, the actual ability to web almost being a bonus  Probably wouldn't want to use specific fitting implants for it if I didn't use them as standard tho (and I'm not a fan of slot 6 fitting implants for frig flying since that means you're losing the damage implant). | ||

Implants are pretty cheap tbh. Capqu why haven't you linked the rattlesnake you and caelum killed in frigs, that still makes me laugh pretty loudly. | ||

On a related note, you might want to check the dps graphs for applied damage at range with different faction hybrid ammo, antimatter is nearly always worse than plut/uranium at the ranges a long point kiter operates at in reality due to the increased optimal ranges. The first line was to you. I assumed you managed to understand that this was the extent of my response to you since you quoted it in isolation.
