Speaking of which you watched the video didnt you? The 125mm atron gets out to 14k and suddenly cant hit at all. Nevermind the fact that he refuses to switch to uranium or plutonium. You can even see him able to hold at 18k with no issues while shooting and not hitting a damn thing. And your saying a fit with more damage and projection (which he clearly needs) is bad because it lacks tank. You fly the 125mm atron more like a rail ranis than anything because you have no range. Its like trying to explain the difference between an ac nanocane and an arty nanocane and your saying the artycane is bad because it doesnt have a great tank. Somebody mind linking the vid of the artywolf? It might help jfourz understand how that type of ship is supposed to be flown. | ||

i understand how the fit is meant to be flown, you don't seem to understand that i don't think of it as a good way of flying. honestly about the video i didn't link it to back up my point, so i don't know why you keep bringing it up e: also "nevermind about ammo but heres an example where my argument is based off him not switching ammo" lol | ||

The reason I bring up the vido is the fact that you used the fit saying it was better than the 150mm fit and the video (which uses the fit you gave) proves that it is in fact worse unless you intend to brawl, which as the video shows is something you can completely avoid. Also you say you 'dont think of it as a good way of flying' your going to have to go into a bit more detail on that. Do you mean that you shouldnt attempt to rely on kiting people at 15-28k in a frigate? If so then your argument is immediately debunked by the popularity and effectiveness of the slicer and artywolf, which are completely unengagable by most things. And just so i dont sound completely biased and have revo start going on about drawing things off and brawling them down I have one word for you: Enyo. Not only can it kill the bait frig but it can also kill the frigate gang it was baiting for, because it's an enyo and it can do that. Granted anything built specifically to kite can take the enyo out without a horrible amount of fuss, but get in scram range and provided the enyo isnt an idiot swapping ammo (such as the video, no idea wtf the guy was thinking) theres a pretty high chance it can take you out in 3-4 shots. | ||

On a related note, you might want to check the dps graphs for applied damage at range with different faction hybrid ammo, antimatter is nearly always worse than plut/uranium at the ranges a long point kiter operates at in reality due to the increased optimal ranges. I like that. I'll definitely play around with both to see which one I like more. Thanks. Also, I'm not too familiar with the different hybrid ammos. I've been strictly a minmatar pilot (with the exception of flying a drake). If you have any more tips for hybrid ammos, I'm all ears. | ||

Because I wanted them. I also wanted all the random drakes I lost and replaced and all the other things I've welped. You're a highly confused individual. I said you're a baddie because you seem to think that 3% implants are the preserve of highsec risk averse PvP and would be too expensive to use in null. The only reason to think this is because you cannot afford to replace them. Inability to replace them makes you a baddie. You are a baddie. You think 50m of implants is too much to replace. That makes you bad. | ||

if you think tripling the cost of your atron fit for a slight benefit is the same as not being able to afford/replace something then i don't think i'm the disillusion one. why don't you dead space it too then? i also don't see how someone who was stupid enough to pay a ransom on a dread has any weight when calling other people bad, even if you do cling to the whole "lmao i have so much isk who carezz xd" defense | ||
