Watching the ship balancing Q&A, and a guy whined about how he couldn't have his link loki on grid because he couldn't put enough tank on it because of command processors. His solution was to make it so he didn't have to put command processors so he could fit some tank so he could be in the fight. Wat.

The guy who was talking about the new ship trees had absolutely no clue about pvp.

He was pretty hard to understand in general with his accent, but he seemed to not really have the answers to any of the serious questions that were asked about the ship rebalancing etc.

Well he seemed to aware that 90% of the t1 frigs suck, most of the cruisers suck, so they need more slots and fittings. Get rid of tiers!

Merlin is barely worse than a Rifter for general combat.
Other than that Cormorant, Moa, Caracal, Ferox, Drake, Rokh, Harpy, Hawk are viable.
They're no Minmatar hulls, ofcourse, but considering that the vast majority of EVE players lack any form of competence in combat, you can kill them with anything.
