ROL had made earlier attempts to doomsday a MH carrier while repping mods on a POS in X-7O that had been reinforced by them yesterday.

Curtain has shown little restraint with his titan in past weeks, so this had Vily quick on preparations, and even more determined after having him solo tackled for 6 minutes just last week. Unfortunately last time we were left still scrambling the jets, though this time we were sure to have the cavalry prepped before showing our hand.

The cheese is dangled, as Vily etches outside the shield in a Vexor to entice a doomsday from Curtain, who is now shooting pos mods with a few carriers and support. He does, and with that a bomber is decloaked next to him and a cyno sparked. Unfortunately “jump to” was clicked instead of “bridge to”, and instead of 40+ support (titan bridged) and caps… only the caps made it through. Curtain manages to warp out to a belt, but is promptly tackled. With only 2 dictors yet in system though, he manages to again escape us.

As the upset spreads amongst us like kids robbed of their toy in a Happy Meal, we began jumping caps out. In a shocking twist, TS chatter suddenly takes a new tune as Curtain warps back to the very same belt for a drive by on our last remaining dread. With majority of the support fleet now arrived, he is promptly tackled and given some NC love’n.

I got home from work tonight knowing that i had to do the gayest shit ingame, rep pos mods. So i get logged in, move to x-7, grab the triage carrier, and get repping, i get away with it for about an hour before anyone notices me somehow. My scout on station starts see-ing coverts warp to my planet and i decide its time to stop, come out of triage just as titan logs in.
Get safely into shield, titan logs out. Figuring i can't rep anymore armor mods.

Buy a vexor, get repping hull on all mods i had repped, eventually ROL decides they dont like it. eventually a pair of rapiers, a drake and a bomber try to stop me.

pos kills them with some hero vexor tackle.

so to stop me repping the mods, Curtain logs back in and decides hes gonna just undo all my work. he warps titan to pos and starts shooting mods. hes aligned, unlike last time he got caught doing this on my pos tho so i guess he learned SOMETHING. i warp vexor to station and grab a dictor as quick as possible but as soon as he see's an eris on scan he warps out.

I'm of course screaming on jabber channels for people to get online and that this guy is an idiot etc.

since i managed to solo tackle him for six minutes a week ago, i figured i'd give it another shot, but he DD's my dictor

I reship to the vexor and go abck to trying to rep hull. so figuring he's safe i guess he goes back to shooting pos mods on and off. all the while a Mixed NC fleet moves from Venal towards D7t after hitting a pos. This takes a while and when we feel we have enough we decide its time.

i move the vexor outside opposite end of the pos where an erebus and a couple carriers + support are incapping mods. hoping the titan will DD me. sure enough he does, so i decloak my bobmer 10km off him and open cyno.

Normally this would be the key point except i misclicked "Brdige to" and "jump to" so instead of 40 odd mixed support plus caps jumping him on a friendly pos, it was just the caps. I FAILED HARD. we did DD a pair of carriers, as titans cant let theose be alive

he ofc manages to warp out to a belt. we get him at the belt, but the 2 dictors we had weren't enough without the 40 other support and promptly died, he escaped to POS with one very ashamed FC feeling sick and 25 odd caps and 40 mixed support all looking ashamed

as we are leaving system however, and we are talking about no less than 5 minutes since he escaped, he warps back into same belt to try and DD ME Kesper north's pheonix (one of the last caps left) kesper jumps out as DD is supposed to hit. so he then gets tackled by the full support fleet, all the caps are sitting at the midpoint still capping up come back in and boom. His mates try to clear the hic's dic's, some carriers come in and try to help him, but against a formed fleet 3-1 its pretty much a certain outcome.

I'm pretty sure this will actually be the biggest war eve has seen so far, maxed out capital fleets move up there on a daily basis and multiple fronts are being set up.

NC came into X-7 at around 1600 to kill an init pos - around 250 mixd hostiles, a bit over 100 NC. We warped to station, 30 sec after we land a ROL phoenix undocks and dies, prolly to disconnect since his pod ewarped.

We started playing on the init pos, killed a few hacs lost a few bs (11 gunned large pulses). After that IT woke up getting a cap & subcap fleet running and init switched to BS.

From there on we constantly got something to shoot, mostly driveby stuff on IT and a scrap on a gate vs init. Our fleet got up to 200 and a reinforcement fleet was forming as well, around 500 hostiles in local.

At some point IT chased us with caps and support warping here and there, so most caps had agression now and the juicy part started. We started ganking logged caps, including an aeon - he was in half armor when IT warped in and we had to bail.

About that time our reinforcement fleet arrived with another 100ish and we went for a thanny - IT warped everything in to save it, we tried to grab some subcap kills. INIT warped in infront of our alignment, now having a fuckton of ships ongrid -> ebil lag kicks in.

We left that grid, IT tried to get their stuff back into the POS. In the meanwhile we continued to kill aggro logged caps, they didn't warp back in to safe em anymore.

Razor board says 6 carriers 2 dreads killed and a total of around 130 kills from 1600 till now. Didn't look like the various entities were cooperating at all, ROL focused on ganking our stragglers outside X-7 most of the time.
