I just thought a PL-Goon war would be extremely interesting, where we could see how the ridiculously good pilots of Sniggerdly (a PL corp) fight hordes of Goons. However, I definitely would not be surprised to see a reset between the two after Atlas is taken care of. PL will shoot Goons just for fun, and has done so for a long time. Both have also been talking (although its probably mostly joking) about a reset.
Anyways, old news, but Cult of War Titan was downed by Pandemic Legion on July 4.
White Noise and err0r take down a Tau Ceti Federation titan.

Hey if you guys haven't heard, Tri fucked off to empire after getting camped in h-pa for the greater part of a whole week and having all their towers in pure blind and other areas reinforced and blasted to smithereens.
I heard faction warfare was the in thing these days hehehehehe.

I was in Goonswarm (and goonfleet too) when I played eve, I'm glad they finally won against BoB.

Someone want to go into more detail?

Whether they knew it or not, they also happened to move into Brick Squad's home system, so they've been fighting a lot (http://br1ck.podzone.net/?a=home), as well as with the romulans mentioned above.

I've been following the eve realm ever since the OP to this thread. Epic stuff.
Here's an animated sov map up to the emergence of Aggression I hope it has not been posted yet

I just noticed that Razor, with help from MH and Stella Polaris, is starting to attack Solar Fleet in Cobalt Edge!
On the 9th, Razor destroyed POSes in HB-5L3, the system that connects Cobalt Edge to Tenal. That system lost sov today. Furthermore, they took sov in an unclaimed system, E-EFAM, but lost it today.
Meanwhile, Seoul_Power posts:
Well, it appears that the 0.0 scene is cooling down. Pandemic Legion have announced that they are doing a universal reset of everyone but their renters and Sons of Tangra.
On SHC, it was pointed out that Guardian Federation and The Initiative are moving out from their respective spaces. No word from GF that I've seen, but here's the official announcement from The Initiative on CAOD:
The Initiative. [INIT.] announces global standings reset, extraction from Vale & the Northern Coalition.
Confirming speculation that we [INIT.] have decided to leave Vale & the Northern Coalition to pursue new adventures. We've had some interesting times in the North, fighting both for and against the NC (as part of previous factions) over recent years. It has been fun, but the time has come to move on and try something different or face stagnation.
We are donating our old space and resources primarily to Wildly Inappropriate [WI] and will maintain sov in a few areas to make that transition as smooth as possible (POS wardrobe malfunctions aside).
Our partner alliance (Initiative Associates [IA]) is being ramped down and our business partners in that space will be making their own arrangements.
So we bid farewell to old friends (and enemies) and look forwards to mashing it up elsewhere.
All current standings will be reset on Sunday 12th July at DT.
[INIT.]
Fear is the best insurance that money can buy... The Initiative did own one r64 in Vale of the Silent, by the way. So it's not a completely highend-less area like Immensea or Etherium Reach. (iirc Geminate has no highends either)

The best PvP alliance in Eve at the moment resets everyone... Pandemic Legion becoming the new BoB?
Except I guess PL has never been expansionistic, and are satisfied with Fountain's incredible wealth.

PL stated from the begining they were never gonna have a permanent coallition with anyone.

So I have this little Rejoin EVE for 9,99 option before I have to put in billing details. But I cant choose that option and the account page it is only saying it will charge 14,95 instead of said 9,99. Anyone know if it's just a typo or do they really charge you for 14,95?

Man I tried some of the trial for this game recently -- i was pretty blown away at how in-depth the game is. i've always dreamed of an epic space game like this.
i'd love to play it, but it seems like it requires a lot of dedication -- and i just quit WoW

You can put your life on hold for just a bit longer

in all honesty it takes as much or as little time as you want to put into it. you can literally go overboard or just play a few hours a week. it's all in what you want to do, it's a giant sandbox in space.
