i watched alot of vids but actually playing for the 1st time feel alot different then i expected i thought it would b like 3S with throws and dashes then its like ST but then i realize its a different game.... heh | ||

Bit early to call him the new Yun, even in Japan where there's several players with perfect El Fuerte execution they still keep him within in the bottom 3 (usually second last) tier positions. Maybe he'll rise since players have access to practice mode so they'll be able to perfect HP loop, but we'll see once more tournaments start rolling around. | ||

The part where he does no damage without landing a highly situational and really difficult loop? The part where the only "consistent" way people have been playing him is to do unsafe mixups? The part where is his Ultra blows except as anti-air and even then only in some situations? I don't mean to come across as a jerk, it's just that it's been pretty clear for a while now that El Fuerte ISN'T good at all, and I'm wondering where you're getting the impression that he's popular because he's good. | ||

I'm still leaning on El Fuerte and Seth, since el fuerte seems like a really weak keeper jin risky mixup character which seems fun and Seth looks like a shoto Urien, which I could go for. | ||

Rose is a beastlike turtle from what I've seen so far (I never played alpha though so I dont know much). Seems like you just can't jump at her between the air grab thing and the ultra. Other notes: Ken's kara throw (off forward + mk) is siiiick. Abel is the most beginner friendly by far it seems (couple jokes easy bnbs, jokes easy launch to ultra) Dhalsim can do a dirty 3 hit combo off a TK'd teleport (j.fp, back + mk, jab yoga flame). Might be able to do a cr.mk instead of standing, but I'm not adept enough with a joystick to pull it off  Gen's hundred hands thing (at least the ex version) beats shoryus O.o He's got at least one nice crossup that looks extremely weird, dont know anything about alpha chars though so I cant tell you much lol Dictator's EX stomp is an unbelievably good anti air, I havent found any reliable counters just yet. Haven't unlocked seth yet, stopped at akuma haha Also if the shit I'm posting is already widely known, just tell me and I'll shut up xD No SF4 machines in my state = I don't know jack | ||
