uhhhhhh I guess you're going to shoot me then (it's the absolute only hero i get Mask of madness on) but to start. Hatchet 3 branches and 3tangoes. first 900g basic lifesteal -> agi power treads then Finish Mask and build MKB. Then I throw in S&Y. from there it's luxury items really. AC,Crit,Deso,Bfly it really doesn't matter as the game is almost always over by S&Y for me.

I've been experimenting with "bad items" in my pub adventures. So the last time I played Chronos I went Iron Shield -> Alchemist Bones -> Steamboots -> Abyssal Skull -> Level4 Riftshards -> Wingbow -> Post Haste -> Charged Hammer. Won a 4v5 with it. Ain't pubs cool?
Other stupid yet oddly successful experiments that would "never work" in a competitive game:
Nymphora: Void Talisman -> Stormspirit -> Nullstone.
Andromeda: Tablet of Command -> Assassin's Shroud
Electrician: Puzzlebox -> Plated Greaves -> Tablet of Command -> Shaman's Headdress -> Frostfield Plate

Don't be so quick to discard some "experiments", the norm for starting items in early dota were headdress on one hero and a ring of basilius (that couldn't be turned off) for another.

Yeah, that's because potions took longer to work and there were no tangos or clarities.
Has nothing to do with experimenting, the current options simply didn't exist.

Nah was on HoN. The netcode is just so good that on EU servers, there's literally no delay. But playing on a US server, the difference is so noticeable, even if it was half the delay I got on Garena.

Why do you say tablet of command is bad? when i was scrimming with P0K they would use it for dsham. It's great initiation you isolate a squishy and blow him the fuck up.

1) Fucking hilarious
2) Awesome item for any number of support heroes, providing they're actually playing support and not planning on carrying like every support hero ever in 1600-1700 pubs
3) Great for interrupting channels

It's funny to use it when you push their main base, and you lure them by standing below the cliff and when someone comes to harass you, BAM it's a 4v5 now.
I still want vector positioning on it.
