So the real question is, how do you know when to start the original pull so a new wave of neutrals spawn as they get pulled?

Since don't creeps spawn at a certain rate, if you pull at the wrong timing won't the creeps just move back in time so that the next set won't come? Or is this for when you know a creep will spawn seconds after you pull and then can mass up. So the real question is, how do you know when to start the original pull so a new wave of neutrals spawn as they get pulled? 7 seconds for creeps to go back to their little "box" so to say where they always have to be in. Pullat 52/53 and creeps will be furthest from their space and check space (area checked for any units/wards to deny spawn) and creeps will spawn, others will then return to their spot.

P.s.: the timing is a bit different for every neutral camp / type of the map (e.g. you have to pull satyrs a bit earlier due to purge, and dragons a bit later due to their pathing) You can't really go wrong if you make it around :51 (which is X minute 51 second according to the game timer, creeps spawn at the full minute mark as others have already added). Typically used (in CWs) to stack ancients for Luna / DK to farm. That's the most common at least. Edit: Not what's in the video, obv. That's a neat thing to figure out the timing like that. But stacking is always useful if you have HotD.

Edit: Awesome auto-stacking video. You're right it doesn't take that much APM. The difference is when you're doing it in highlevel games. Often you'll find that you're doing something important around the :50 mark and you'll miss your pull. Granted ancient stacking is not used that much nowadays but I plan to incorporate it in some Rhasta/Sven lineups because those two heroes are pretty good now and usually somewhat low-budget. They could get an early buff for fast items/lvl 16 while the other or two other semi-carry heroes utilize the lane farming available.

:O Use KotL, bust your ulti, use illuminate, then cancel illuminate just around the time it would auto-cancel (just before 5 seconds), and TWO illuminate waves appear. Oshitttt. This is most-likely an unintended bug, but if we're talking about lulzy strategies here, massive AoE Laguna Blade should be considered. ![]() Works in 6.62. http://www.playdota.com/forums/22226/about-kotls-double-wave/ There are a ton of replays there, and I've looked them through, they're legit. Quick, get KotL every game before it's patched. :O

He will do one swipe of the stick, and his stick will light up. Then another swipe, and it will light up. Right as he is bringing his arm back down after the second swipe, and the orb on the stick is extinguishing, you press W. I can get it like 9/10 times. Edit: if you're not host, probably press it right at the peak of the end of the second swipe, before he starts moving his hand back down again. AOE laguna blade = win

It was funny to watch BS rupture me though at 850 hp, only to get illuminated and die lolol
