Shouldn't lane 0 disable or 0 slows in a lane. Might as well complain about dual disable lanes too. Or nearly any decent hero that can go mid. Etc. I don't think even something as strong as loa/huskar or omni/huskar can get away scott free against a standard sven/lina lane.

A double stun lane doesn't have nearly as much firepower as a huskar stun lane. Double stun is strong, sure, but it takes some degree of coordination and a mistake from the opponent to get a kill. Huskar just needs to run up to the guy. With a ranged stun, that's just too easy.

Ofc Huskar is much weaker, relatively, at higher levels. But he can dominate the lane and be higher level as long as he has a disabler lane partner. Also, using disables to survive a 0 cooltime orb attack will work, like, once.

L, depends on over how much time, of course. Double nuker will do much more damage over 2 seconds, sure. But over 1 minute? The nukers will be conserving their nukes for the chance to 1-combo a hero, so they won't be using them much. On the other hand, Huskar will do 70 dmg per hit starting at level 1 (more as he levels). And it's insanely cheap. He can just run up to the guy and hit him at any time, unless they pretty much give up last hitting. Or are double ranged and can hit him twice every time he gets in a spear. As soon as one guy's half hp, Huskar's lane partner can stun and get him killed pretty much instantly.

On the other hand, double stun lanes need good placement and coordination - two stuns will get maybe 60% of a hero's hp, you gotta whack him for the remaining hp while he's stunned, which means you have to be in position. Which also means he's gotta be in a bad position.
