Why nymph/ra? I would think that having a support hero with more stuns would be more viable. Nymph's heal and mana regen mean basically nothing to ra, and nymph's stun isn't THAT amazing. You want annoying? Go nymph plus a nuker like pyro/hammer/tb and have a glacius level up his aura on the other lane. Then just level up your mana-giving ability, and have your nuker just spam the everloving crap out their heroes all game.
Was asking because i had some trouble trying to babysit chronos, we eventually won but that's was mostly because of our mid fayde and our top. You need to be extra careful with all those stuns and if you have a poor ping it can be annoying :o
Also just won a game vs a 28-1 smurf ( 1750 ) who rage quitted, aahhhhhhhhhhh feels good.

Ah. Well I'm not exactly pro, but I would think a hero with more heals than stuns would be a better babysitter for Chronos, someone like DS, or even nymph. Chronos can always blink out to escape, so I would think that letting him have a more sustainable lane presence would be better than lane control and great harass. But PR is basically always good in good hands, so I'm sure someone better could probably tell you how to optimally support a chronos in a lane. I know i myself have probably single-handedly lowered PR's vaunted win percentage.
PR Chronos normally wins that but it really comes down to player skill. At lower levels RA just sorta rapes. Nymphora on the other hand has a subpar heal, good but somewhat hard to aim nuke and an amazing mana regen skill. I just don't get why someone would lane nymph with ra outside of sd.
PR can outharass nymph, and can always draw the laneback so chronos can farm. It's a really, really strong lane due to that. (Also PR moves super fast before boots, enough so to easily dodge ra's stun and nymph's to an extent). PR animation blows nymphs out of the water, as does his range and speed. The nymph should rarely be able to even harass the chronos while the PR can always harass the nymph or RA. Plus, PR + Chronos can be deadly at even level 2 with good timing on the bash count.
All in all it should usually result in both melees farming, but with chronos getting better farm overall due to free denies, better lane partner. Later in the game Ra and nymph go well together (tp level 6 go gank towerdive somewhere, stronger heals overall).
PR is one of the best babysitters in the game. Auto-deny before creeps even get in exp range? Check. Unlimited mana supply? Check. AoE nuke + slow? Check. Range? Check. Armour buff + slow? Check. Nymph + Ra combo is pretty bad in my opinion. Like others stated, Ra could use more stuns/harassment instead of mana + heal (2 out of 3 Nymph skills are useless for him) and someone leeching exp, I think WS would fit in nicely, or Myrm to use magicarp so people can't run away from meteor. Nymph + Armadon, now that's another story
What are everyone's opinion on flux? He seems like a strong hero to me... Surprised I don't see him more often. Sure you need a few key items for him to remain useful past lvl 11, but it's not THAT hard to farm with a ranged melee.
I can't seem to win more than 50% with him though. Is it something with my build? I usually start with two gloves of strength, 1 mana pot, 1 hp pot, 1 set of tangos -> work towards steamboots, picking up mana battery/bracers as needed -> then either rushing a portkey and/or icebrand.
For skills, i go 1-1-1, then 4-1-1, then 4-4-4, getting his ult whenever available of course.

Halp me flux better plz!
pretty useless hero by himself, the only reason you pick him is synergy with other heroes during a teamfight. kracken, tempest, plague rider (heroes with good aoe)

How easy is it exactly to farm with a ranged melee

flux is a great hero, i love playing him when i got some r*tarded team who decided to go full fragile carry team. if you can keep his level up with the the enemies, you CANNOT die unless you get ganked 4v1 or 5v1. he is just soooo tanky! but other than his tankiness....he is absolutely rubbish....he is 'just another S2 hero that designed for messing around', Flux's role is confusing as fck.
I had hypothesis about that, in theory, S2 allows the connections to timeout during the loading phase, so you could conceivably code up a "Brazilian filter" that pings all the other players once a game gets established, check their IPs against Brazil, and then time yourself out if a Brazilian is found on your team. But it's too much effort/

The real question is, is it really ?
Probably Hon runs off a server as far as p2p connections to people i do not know if hon has that, although i guess i could just load up a packet sniffer and check. Without that basis of a direct connection it would be very hard to make.
Looking at flux's skills, that hero makes no sense to me at all. How the fuck is that ult useful? I guess if you pull heroes towards you it can be used to initiate group fights??

So many Americans are worse. At least Brazilians are fun! Leveling up chain lightning over lightning blast as TB, hilarious!
The bad Americans are just like "wah wah I picked flint and couldn't farm my team sux look I'm 4-1 becaused I used my ult on a couple of kills there oh well AFK in fountain for stats".
