zeph dps comes from cyclones... which you need levels for ;/ makes jungling with him a bit meh at lv1 | ||

(level 1-3 will be slower as youll be stacking, but 3-7 will be super fast) | ||

Someone laning with you with a slow or even in a trilane with 2 slows (glacius, plague, slither, etc) maybe maxing cyclones could potentially do more damage since you can stay on top of them, but you'd need max cyclones obviously. Most of the time, maxing gust is best, but I often for 1/4/1/1 at 7 with max cyclones because I'm lazy and I just want to farm. If you don't give a shit about killing anyone and just want to farm all day long, max cyclones first (this is me, come at me bro). | ||
