Can someone explain it to me? Looks normal to me? Zeph is a hero that scales well with hp due to that evasion chance on his passive. Also the cyclones and his ulti really lay the hurt down the longer you are alive. AC provides extreme surviability as does heart. S+Y is a fine item for him i guess (i just dislike that item choice) Mock is extremely useful and i would usually rush when i played old zeph due to the same reasoning as cyclones. The nullfire is to keep people near you/in your ulti with the purge. IDK seems normal to me, maybe through in a thunderclaw though so you feel like you shoot lightning bolts  | ||
