Tae Min Hwang, aka Zacard, a pro wc3 orc player is going to be doing his mandatory service soon in a madder of weeks.
Zacard has contributed tremendously to the wc3 scene, his biggest accomplishment has probably been his 2nd place at WCG, however he has had many other great games, ranging from blizzcon to the wc3l finals.
The wc3 scene will be sad to see him go, and perhaps the Air Force will add a wc3 team, then draft moon.
Wc3 hasnt really ever had the sucsess of bw, but it has come close, and it is bad to see any player go.

It's a typo, the game was called Jurassic War, it wasn't War2

So sad T_T I've just started playing war3. You'd think that if the Air Force made an exception for sc, it would also play war3. But I guess that's how the economy works. There just isn't enough demand for it.

I remember 2 years ago when he was an unstoppable machine, leading up to the Grand Finals of the first WEG held in China where Moon pretty much manhandled him and changed the game forever. He never really was as unstoppable anymore after that battle.
He was a great player, and apparently even more of an awesome guy to be around. I never had the pleasure of meeting him personally, but I know many people who have and I've heard nothing but great things about him. It's a shame he's leaving now, but it seems like he's ready for it.
Good luck to him in whatever he ends up doing.

Haji is right though, a lot of people here play and follow the war3 scene also, so referring to "werra" as in only him, is pretty..meh.

Actually, the finals were in China =P
Here's some older SK coverage that gives a schedule: http://www.sk-gaming.com/feature/381/2/ Most of the event was in Korea, but the actual finals were held apart from that. That was also part of why Moon was able to prepare his infamous strategy to such a powerful level, because there was such a large gap of time for him to prepare it (although as we all know, he didn't create it from scratch and got the idea from MagicYang).
I actually watched the footage myself from a Chinese TV station and saw the area they were in, not to mention I've actually talked to Moon about it before so, I have a pretty vivid recollection of this particular event.

Always liked his playstyle. But wasn't he in ReX, not WeRRa? Why are people talking about werra in regards to Zacard? >_<
