The first-party releases keep coming thick and fast for Switch 2, so it was only a matter of time before we heard about another console bundle. That's exactly what's happened today, as Nintendo has announced that it'll be offering a Switch 2 bundle with a digital code for Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and a three-month NSO membership for $529.99 (that's a sweet $27.98 saving). "1001 Threads of Mizan is a 1-3 person co-op action adventure set in a world of Arabian fantasy." And it looks epic. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered. Significant quality of life improvements. After a busy Gamescom, we assumed it'd only be a matter of time before Nintendo popped up with another showcase, and today, it's done just that! Twice, in fact. https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2026/09/nintendo-announces-two-directs-for-next-week-8th-and-9th-september-2026 That's right, Nintendo has just announced not one, but two Directs for net week. We'll start off with a special The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct on 8th September at 3pm BST / 4pm CET / 10am ET / 7am PT. This one will last for around 30 minutes and will cover "a variety of information related to The Legend of Zelda". Then the very next day we have a standard Direct on 9th September also at 3pm BST / 4pm CET / 10am ET / 7am PT, this one promising around 45 minutes of news and announcements. ... As if all of that wasn't enough, Nintendo will follow up the Direct on 9th with a Treehouse presentation, featuring gameplay of some of the titles that appear in the showcase.
