IVs range from 0-31 and increase a Pokemons stats by that number at lvl 100. Example: Charizard with 0 Speed IVs will have 31 Speed less than a 31 Speed IV Charizard at level 100. Each stat has its own IV of course (IV=Individual Values) | ||
