side note it looks like 1337 is now US 1415.

I still had 1337 saved in my DayZ commander and now its US1415 wonder if I still have stuff there

Bah NWAF is boring, I've still only seen one person there on the numerous times I've been there.

But yay helicopters :D. Should be fun when the update drops everyone is gonna be camping the spawns.

Makarov: 889 damage, down from 2000
G17, M9, M9 SD, PDW, MP5A5, MP5SD6, Bizon PP-19 SD: 889 damage, down from 1389
Revolver, M1911: 1389 damage, down from 4500
M1014, Remington 870, Double-barreled: slugs do 4500 damage, down from 6722
Lee Enfield: 6722 damage, down from 12500 (audible range 162m, down from 234m)
AK-74, AKS-74U, AKS-74 Kobra: 2722 damage, down from 3555

No more using my pistol ever again I guess.

pistol is still useful you just have to headshot and fight in buildings like your supposed to. garbage for pvp though i guess.
Kind of sad about the lee enfield change though

I liked how there was a relatively easy to find one shot weapon.

I want to see a statement from Rocket about this. I'd be kinda surprised if he intended this change. Surprised he didn't nerf the AKM along with those other guns, seeing as how it's so common.

I was on US 382, the regular server (not sure if that one too is run by TL), and was walking around in one of the two big cities (can't figure out which one it was).

So I sneak around, finding nothing useful in about 10 places I look into, but then there's this hotel or w/e, I go to the top and it has one of those Czech backpacks on the floor. I go outside and into one of those toll cabins, and there's a lee enfield inside. Yehaw. Then I searched some other places and found tons of drinks and food. I was scared shitless because I walked around there even though I heard rifle shots all the time (I just didn't care since it was a fresh char with nothing valuable on him), and now I was in the middle of that place and had to get out.

So I very carefully made my way south (yeah, found a compass, too) and to my luck I heard flies flying around and discovered some dude with an ALICE backpack that was loaded with (among other things) food, a makarov with 4 mags, a watch and bandages/painkillers etc.

I just ran the hell away from that town and logged out. I'm gonna be so sad when I die with this character :D

According to dayzdb.com all the guns mentioned by benjef have had there stats changed you can view it yourself. I dont know if lee has been not sure what testing happened but something made dayzdb change the stats for those guns.

Lee enfield indeed seems to not one shot anymore, I just shot a guy in the chest and he ran away or D/Ced >.> Kind of normal, lee enfield was so OP with no bullet drop and ridiculous damage.

The coolest part of ARMA is how it's quite realistic IMO Nerfing the weapons isn't cool, even if its in the zombie world.

Died. Lost everything. Cant help playing alone anymore. Fucking got shot trying to get a nice view of electro from the woods. another sniper got me first. T_T. But seriously what's the endgame of this game? killing noobs in starter towns? going for other people at NW airfield (not so many go there anymore). I had the best gear possible and seriously all i was thinking is to kill another player but meh... Gonna prolly log into TL server for a while just for funz.

Btw anyone care to join me on a server and go search for my killer ?

It's a sandbox game, there is no endgame. :p

Edit - That sounds weird, maybe I should explain better. The end game is what you choose to make it. Maybe that's killing noobs in elektro, or starting a bus pick up service for noobs on the coast, or faking a pick up service and tricking people into axe cage matches to the death. Anything, everything, and nothing is the end game, there are endless possibilities.

For the sake of god. Someone log into LU15 and kill my killer. Just found him with my gear. i cant believe i missed him! i was so close to him and tried sneaking behind him but he heard me! (had a barrel shotgun - too sloW!!!) he is at the woods opposite the firestation at 104 125. or close to that. last time i got killed i remember i was pointing at the fire station 400 meters into the woods. T_T
