1:If we join your TL server, what am I expecting? Friendly welcome or being grief for countless hours? I know Player vs Player is part of the game and thats cool. I just don't wanna be camped by some scrubs for an entire day. 2:Do you recommand us TL's server since we're kinda new to the game? 3: Do we have to sign-up/register/suscribe/whatever in order to join TL's server? I saw you had a Steam Group. | ||

Unless you're on the TL TS be prepared to be shot on site unless you've let TLers know you who are, but that would be hard to do if you're not on TS.... No one really griefs. So usually if you get killed by a TLer and alert them that, that was you, they would normally be more than willing to help you get your stuff back from your body. And the server has no CH/name plates but does have 3rd person and waypoints so its up to you to decide if you like those settings. | ||

I saw you had a Steam Group. In order for your friends to use the TL/TS you have to click the link at the top of the Screen. This will give them guest access if they aren't a member of TL. I personally am wary of players that aren't registered to TL. I know we have a few players that are here just for the DayZ community for the most part are pretty cool but some have done some shady things. | ||

I got off late from work yesterday was to tired to actually log in and play. Will be on tonight though. | ||

Whenever it tries to load in full-screen it just minimizes constantly. When you try to maximize it, it minimizes again after half a second. I've tried restarting my computer and even re-installing arma 2. Window mode works fine but I would rather play in full-screen. Does anybody have any ideas how I can get it working again? | ||

I can't understand how though, is it just that people will camp near the beach kill people coming back inbounds from debug? | ||

Shoot at whatever moves in Cherno, maybe the occasional run up to starry. Players are the only thing that is dynamic in DayZ currently. So it is only natural for people want to kill others because that is the "end game" per say. Cars n stuff are liabilities and headaches not even worth using sometimes. On another note I understand where you are coming from. That is indeed a mechanic that is just begging to be exploited. | ||
