This is why: Six updater is running a version of DayZ that is broken and we have been unable to contact the six updater people to be able to pull this broken version. Players will need to manually update their versions until we are able to correct this. The latest working version is 1.7.2 | ||

Now the worst part is, it updates your Arma2 beta to the latest arma engine which changes it from 1.60 to 1.61. That is bad because you cannot downgrade your Arma from that point back to 1.60 like TL server uses. You would have to delete whole Arma and install it again... First time I've used SixUpdater today and it fucked me. Now I cannot play because new servers with 1.61 Arma run mostly on corrputed version of DayZ 1.7.2.2 | ||

Hopefully it's fixed by time I get off work. Shall not upgrade/open 6 today until I know it's corrected. So if you use 6updater/launcher don't launch dayz with it just launch the mod normally. | ||

Yea was reading that too! Also people that thought they lost their character actually didn't have it transferred they should be back now if you THOUGHT you lost it. You can verify by joining a 1.7.2 server after you rollback. You loot should be back then you join 1.7.2.3 with 94867 and all should be well. | ||
