I remember them saying they have raids for large groups when I heard talks about this game. The only endgame content atm is PvP. The dungeons at the end of the game right now are basically another stepping stone for gear upgrades. Endgame PvE content will be released soon in the form of Craglorn.
I saw a review for it and this game almost feels like a P2P GW2 haha

Except GW2 is better alternative

With no endgame and worse pvp (can't verify that yet).

Well, GW2's pvp wasn't an afterthought so I doubt ESO has better PvP as it was basically tacked on from my experience (90% of skills seem to be designed around PvE). Can't really say since I haven't tried GW2 but GW1's pvp was well designed.

GW1 PvP was top notch and loved by everyone. GW2 is the exact opposite, it's nothing of it's former glory and is horrible.

Ah, fair enough then. Sad to hear they abandoned the PvP design. I was actually running around in a guild for GW1 Beta that included their lead pvp designer (Isaiah) and we had tons of fun and he did a really good job keeping up with the meta and changing skills accordingly. Sad to hear that wasn't the case for the second instalment.

ESO pvp has exactly one testable skill and that is the ability to identify whether your zerg can beat their zerg. It's a joke

Of course! So why did Zenimax design it that way on purpose?

yeah choosing the lazier option is pretty convenient when you are designing half a game

Well i never followed or expected this game to be good but to find out i didnt even know it had been released is a bit of a shocker..
But a dupe hack (or three?) reported in beta and not fixed and no end-game PvE on release is pretty brutal.
When will MMO's learn they need a crapton of pve end-game on release to keep people happy. Even if its monotonous shit like gear-checks and rep-grinds.
Finding out people are calling its combat system worse then GW2 is pretty wow, it cant be that terrible? I liked GW2's combat but the zerging was atrocious, anything over 5 people and there was just no finesse to it. Small-scale was ok though, you could time abilities and dodge n stuff.

The only way I knew i hit a mob was because its health bar moved a little. There just wasn't enough feeling in it.

It should have been from the start! After getting to play the beta and finding out there was a sub put me off getting ESO. Didn't have the same open world feel and pvp was not good. No surprise it went down this fast :/ shame though, ES games are generally good.

That's the whole problem hahaha, the video game industry has involved into people willing to pay money for unfinished products. Video games are becoming very similar to political campaigns. People find a game that they think is going to be good(hype train) and invest in it hoping that this game is going to be the "change." Surely enough though, almost every one of these games goes back on tons of promises once they have got all the money and power they needed. The community eventually has to learn the simple notion that paying before completion leads to an altered sense of duty by the professional. Money changes even the best of interests of the developers.
