With the shortened season, no preseason to speak of, everything is out of whack. deep teams with continuity and superstar studded teams are gold mines right now. Portland, Chicago, Philly and Miami have been money so far if betting on straight up wins. I missed out on Denver's games though and missed advising my friend on Indy since I didn't know what their offense was going to look like for sure. That said, while most of those teams will still stay relevant the Clippers are going to be interesting to look at. If their defense (really, Blake Griffin's) gets better they will be a gambling gold mine since most people will underestimate them. Also looking at Point Differential and comebacks Philly and Miami are toasting a lot of teams. Memphis WAS going to be a good team to rock with but injuries absolutely murdered them.

Vegas didn't have the over/under for games won this year, because you can't assume that players that may not have had proper conditioning and training are going to the same players. And for every Miami, there's a Dallas. Which is why you go for the superstar/all-star based teams or teams with depth. Even with bad conditioning chance of that many good players being off is really slim. No one wise would be bidding big money in favor of Dallas anyway because with no Chandler, Butler or Barea they are a different team than last year. There is a lot of easy money to be made because Vegas takes advantage of public perceptions. Hell, anyone that posts in this topic is way more informed than some of the guys that write for ESPN. The thing that REALLY shocked me is his rebounding numbers. I read that in Sacramento they were trying to use him as a point shooting Center which killed his game. Under Collins the guy is banging bodies (finally).

I totally get what you mean, just look at Bulls vs Hawks a couple of nights ago.. Absolutely horrid display by Bulls, yet somehow the Hawks go from being the better team to a bunch of retards, making the Bulls edge past when shooting barely above 30%.

The Bulls "bench mob" makes everyone look like shit. They can't score, but no one scores on Asik, Gibson, and Co.

I mean, sure, the perimeter defense from the Bulls has been sparse up till this point, but the Hawks have been able to miss wide-open shots for years.. Also; LBJ is single-handedly destroying the Nets.. 22 points, 7-7 FG in the first quarter - that guy is just so good it hurts.
