edit: this is pretty much what happens when you play rose and deng 40 mins per game. there will be games when they will have nothing. he probably know what hes doing but I hope thibs will cut down on their minutes specially this season when the schedule is crazy. rookie jimmy butler looks like he could get some minutes. | ||

I don't think its the minutes, honestly. Deng played close to 40 minutes through a 82 game season, and still played like a boss during the playoffs! And even if Rose & Deng were tired, it shouldn't make Boozer, Brewer and Noah more lackluster energywise (especially Noah, he only played 17 minutes the game before).. Sometimes things just won't go the way you want them to, the Bulls didn't have a horrible shooting night either, nor a bad rebounding game.. Hawks had shots falling all night, which only happens when stars align. I wouldn't put too much thought into this loss, really.. The second game versus GSW was much much worse | ||
