Those are all gimmicky bosses though, except for the last three(four if heroic), which have almost no adds and no damage buffs. But on those you can see the monk tanks topping the meters..because :blizzard:

Hey guys been looking but no luck so i decided to ask here. Wife and I figured wed come back to wow monkey around a bit. Shes got bad eyesight, anyone know of a mod to the UI that will give you more flexibility into making things larger or smaller and moving things around? Ive tried the in game UI resizer thing but it makes things overlap and look horrible. Thanks

well, the UI scaleing in the interface options is the best tool to make everything bigger. if stuff overlaps, try the addon "moveanything". it does exactly what the name says you can freely move every single item on your UI
If you think it's too hard there are solutions other than asking for a nerf, getting better is the first that comes to mind.

You could also just try getting Bartender addon (or a similar UI addon). This bartender just gives you options to put bars anywhere on the screen. So that means you can stack 3 bars in the centre of the screen as big as you want them and then make the chat window bigger too etc.

I abandoned my monk >.< tried to PvP heal with it and just Priests to good so i had to switch to my priest and now my monk is just gathering dust xD

I recently started a RaF with my friend so i am currently leveling 2 alliances toons, Nelft Hunter and Human pally, its quite fun. Just using the dungeon tool and with about 6/7hours /played time we have level 48 and 25 xD
RaF is awesome XD

Its just a fucking shame what this game has become... The game has become even too casual for the Casuals. No idea what people still play this game. Probably people who think League of Casuals is too hardcore for them.

No, people play this game because there is still PvP (all be it pretty funny) PvE content is still viable for the hardcore raiders and even casual raiders and you add all that up and you get your 8million subs.
WoW streamers as of late have been getting a lot more views too and the streamers are funding tournaments for themselves in PvP. Lots of money (not SC2 money lots) being thrown into PvP tournaments atm.

And me personally, LoL is the worst game in the world and i wouldn't be caught dead playing it, but that is my opinion like you have yours

I hate you I don't have the time nor the buddies to RaF that quickly -_-. Also... that monk of mine is... still Alliance.. XD.

I probably would roll horde if I bothered to switch to the EU client

What killed the game for me is that at least on German servers, when I started, the average player was an intelligent nerd in his early twenties.

Now the majority of people who play the game are at least in their late thirties, many have kids, many are unemployed and most are illiterate epsilon semi-morons. I don't understand how it turned from a nerdy past-time for the socially weird into a trysting place of Germany's moronic riff-raff...

It's so bad, you literally can't read a single "sentence" in /2 without finding hundreds of mistakes.
Abbreviations aside, I usually don't even understand the phrases they use.

When you have the misfortune to "meet" any of them on voice chat, all the former suspicions are confirmed: you're dealing with absolute and utter idiots, 90% of the time. It's really pathetic and I'm positive it wasn't like this in 2006/2007.

You are playing a computer game. Why do you care about people's jobs, age, or are they married or not.
I played WoW for 5 years.I made lots of friends.I met lots of smart and funny people.Compared to other gaming communities WoW is one of the best.If you are bitching about WoW community you better not play any online game like LoL, dota at all.

at the release of WoW, i started on a German server. I could handle the /2 talk for 2 hours. Then i deleted the char and started again on an English server, where I'm still playing.

In isolation, I don't care about any of these factors. However, when the community gets to the point of illiteracy, at which it's virtually impossible to understand most of the text you read and if you can't talk about any of the numerous cultural and historical references the game makes, then it's just not an enjoyable experience for me.

When I played MoP for the first time since 2007, I joined a guild and when I went into voice chat, I heard them talking about how Hemet Nesingwary is such a weird name, making fun of Blizzard's weirdness. None of the ~15 people caught the obvious reference. Pathetic...

You may call it elitism, but when an adult, husband and father spends 12 hours a day in front of a computer and still is utterly unintelligible, he's simply not the kind of company I enjoy.

The abysmal language standard on German servers is the same in any game. Join a guild with a 18+ rule or 30+, whatever you prefer. Most people alive in Germany didn't go to school when the spelling was changed, complaining about that will only make you seem considerably more stupid than you claim these people are. Furthermore, there are many people who have a genuine reading disorder, that tells you absolutely nothing about that person, except that they probably didn't go too far in our lovely education system.

Personally, I have met a lot of people with whom I would probably never have talked to IRL, who proved to be intriguing and distinct personalities, despite their poor education.

Jesus Christ, I'm not talking about petty spelling mistakes or the Rechtschreibreform.
It's not about writing "daß" instead of "dass", it's about producing text that is so far removed from any linguistic convention that it's unintelligible, as I pointed out several times now.

Nor do the rare cases of dyslexia bother me and if you had even tried to get my point, you knew that I wasn't complaining about kids but people in their thirties and above...

You're deliberately misunderstand me to make me out to be some sort of elitist...
