The Mod I linked includes MGE, but also lots of new textures and objects (trees, grass etc) to make the most of the added draw distance. Comes with a nice installer and .NET GUI too.

Keep it up!
I'll make sure to bookmark it for later. If i ever finish this one, I plan to do one on a stream for maybe a month or so, if i get enough followers. After that, I'll get to modding it ^^

where would that be?
In one of the guard towers, east one I believe, on the top floor on top of a closet if I remember correctly. There are two identical swords, one in a guard tower in Balmora, one in a guard tower in Suran. One is on top of a closet, one is under a bed. Don't remember which is which, but it's pretty kewl, and not very legal to aquire

steal uber-powerful sword use sword to defend against guards ???? profit
amirite? there's always some way to get a super powerful items before you're supposed to in Morrowind, even though it can be insanely difficult. unlike in Oblivion, with leveled loot... *shudder*

Wouldn't say uber-powerful, but certainly a lot better than it should be at your level.
Also, there are mods that takes away leveled loot in Oblivion FYI In fact, it takes away the entire system of items and npc's and beasts being +/- X of your level. Really sweet
^ Is the best mod of the game imo (Oblivion that is)
The white woe sword in balmora is in the eastern watchtower. on the top floor on top of a drawer. there is a guard nearby so I would recommend a cheap telekinesis spell/scroll/potion. get behind something (i think there was a pillar nearby), jump up and down, while mashing the grab button. If you have no probs with stealing and are using long swords, it is a pretty strong sword. There is also a pretty easy way to obtain a daedric weapon of your choice early in the game. Kind of a 'hidden' quest. Though that makes combat ridiculous easy.
edit: just played morrowind again a few weeks ago, so my memories are pretty fresh. =)

leveled npc's and items, along with the annoying combat system, was what made oblivion an 8/10 for me. The marksman skill, however, was very nicely reworked, but it didn't make up for the melee system. Only 4 ways to attack. Side to side, or on one of two diagonals. I like having multiple attack options for TES3, even though I use 'always use best attack'. All of the combat in oblivion seemed dumbed down. It would end up being hack-and-slash while moving around and using potions when with bigger enemies. :/
You guys really like the Racist Obligations, don't you?

Long Blade is only 20, compared to 45 for Short Blade. I'll check the stats on the item and see if it's worth stealing for either combat use or decoration :D

It's one of the best games ever created. Even in vanilla-version, which is what i'm using, you get used to the graphics and oddities, and can be completely absorbed in this game. After I finish this, I plan to install the graphic + sound overhaul linked earlier, look for an updated character texture pack, and play a better version of Oblivion.

It's worth stealing even just for the money its worth, theres another in suran. Anyway, I vote other: join a guild and start their quests (mages or theives)
