They are giving away free games every day as well so check it out. The free game is only on Mondays. Today it is Warlock: Master of the Arcane (can claim for 14 more hours). Ah you are right, just Mondays. Still free

It's not free. Opportunity cost for playing the game in that time.

http://www.gog.com/promo/6th_birthday_promo_year_three_100914 GOG is having some 6th birthday sale, which each days featuring some games of that year I guess.
Also, has anyone tried Prison Architect? it's still early access so I am not so sure about it. The game seem to have nice concept and all, but how long the fun will last. This Humble Indie Bundle 12 look very tempting, with Gunpoint and Paper,Please! and potentially more good game coming. Is the option to pay $10 and get Prison Architect as well worth considering? https://www.humblebundle.com/

Prison Architect is okay but never really delved into it but it has potential

I'd say the $10 tier is worth it, bc the BTA tier is definitely worth it and $10 is only $2-3 more than that, and Prison Architect is easily worth $2-3

Sword of the Stars: The Pit is finally cheap enough (on Gamersgate) for me to want to buy it. If I want everything that's released, I need to buy Gold Edition plus Mindgames and The Pilgrim DLC, yeah? Gold Edition does not come with either of those?
EDIT: Okay, I think that's right. So I'm buying all three, and with a 20% off coupon my total is $3.20. Tough to justify spending that much on a game nowadays but I really like roguelikes!

Mount and Blade: Warband is 99 cents on the hunblebundle store right now if anyone wants to try that.
It's gone now

children of the nile, slow city builder where you can watch people go from collecting berries in a hut to an imperial city, relaxing
wiz8, best combat turn based RPG ever
startopia is supposed to be a good building game, but never played it myself it looks like it would give me headaches.

so many good freaking deals right now. I can recommend Faster Than Light (amazing game, put about 40 hours in it already). Also I just finished playing through Arkham Origins, also a pretty damn good game. It's the first Arkham game I played and I have to say I like the freeflow combat system.
I bought Saints Row 3, Dustforce and Bastion for a total of 9,77€ just now, they are some of the games I still had on my wishlist, waiting for a good sale.
Edit: I saw Totalbiscuit play Nidhogg some time ago. It looked like a very simplistic but fun fighting game. Anyone here played it and know more about it? Is it worth the money?

It's gone now This deal is still going (or came back up) and still has almost 9 hours left.
edit: It's just Mount and Blade that is 99c now, not Warband.

All I ever played was Human Revolution and I enjoyed that one.

First one is a classic. Maybe doesn't look good nowadays, but the way the world is built and how much freedom you actually have + story, is great. Human Revolution is good too, a bit less "great", but still worth checking out if you like deeeper games.
