We just had the autumn sale! Gaben please!
Will see if I can snag EU4, Kerbal Space Program and XCOM Enemy Unknown
You can buy EU4 for 10$ at the humble bundle store (~1hour left), as Nightrage mentioned earlier in this thread. I honestly doubt it will be more than 75% off during Steam Sale - and depending on your currency it might be cheaper. (HumbleStore is 10$, while SteamSale would be 10€ for me).
My wishlist is pretty long but I am not looking to buy much (I hope). I have some games I will definitely get if they go on sale, but really can't afford to spend that much after Christmas shopping.
Also, obligatory Attack on Gaben video since the Steam sale is starting soon.

Might and Magic <3 The 6 to 8 made me a caveman (like BG2), didn't go out of my room for weeks only to buy food. Sadly M&M9 was a disappointment, better play wizardry 8. When you identify items, "rubbish" "rubbish" to the point you think everything is rubbish, then one day the guy doesn't say "rubbish" but "ohhhhh" and you realize you've found a super cool item :D
Mount and Blade: Warband is a fantastic medieval warfare sandbox game, and is only ten dollars with the sale. If you like open-world games, and/or you like the idea of fighting in epic medieval battles on a grand scale, you should definitely check it out.
Metal Gear Rising is a real fun Hack and Slash game with an amazing Soundtrack. (Best Soundtrack of 2013 in my opinion) I bought it for Ps3 a few months back and had a blast with it. Not sure if the port is gonna be any good of course.

As far as Steam daily sale go, if you need Bioshock Infinite or Arkham Origins, there are cheaper options, so you might want to try an alternative. Dishonored has been below $7.50 four times in the past few weeks, so the odds that it'll be cheaper elsewhere in this sale season are high.
For this current crop of flash deals, Divekick and CS: Global Offensive are safe to buy.
Non-Steam deals:
GMG20-ZB5D1-93X49 for 20% off at GMG GFDDEC20 for 20% off at GameFly
Note that for Civ 5, there are a bunch of ways you can combine purchases to get all the parts you need (core game, two expansions, and a bunch of DLC). Gold Edition + BNW covers everything, although if you're going that route, you might want to get the Firaxis Pack with BNW a la carte, since you'd be getting two extra games for $2.50.
Do you guys think the X-com Expansion will get cheaper then it is now @ 33% off? I have a feeling its as cheap as it's going to get, so i may just pick it up now.

It's a 2K game. It'll definitely get cheaper. (Edit: Maybe not during this winter sale season, so if you're in a hurry to play over break or something, you might not want to wait.)
